Abstract

Mechanical device for carrying out the dilution, with water, of concentrated products and the distribution of the mixture obtained, characterised in that it comprises: - a venturi 5 connected, on the one hand, to the source of entrained concentrated product 4 and, on the other hand, to a water entry 3 for dilution at controlled pressure; - a device 2 for controlling the pressure in the said water entry; - a device 7 allowing the mixture produced in the said venturi to be recovered; - and a mechanical stopcock 8 located in the said water entry, between the pressure-controlling device and the entry into the venturi, making it possible, merely by pressure, to feed the venturi with water at controlled pressure.
