Abstract

Device for combining the collection of waste paper and display advertising. The invention relates to a device serving for storage and collection of paper as well as an advertising medium, avoiding the untidiness caused by uncontrolled advertising and paper. It consists of a box 1 having an orifice 6 into which the paper is inserted, a flap 7 articulated by the hinge 8 onto the box 1 for recovering the paper, a glass plate 7 bonded to the frame 2, the frame 2 being fixed by screws 5 onto the box 2, a movable partition 3 which makes it possible to position a poster on its face, a lock 10 fixed to the frame 2 making it possible to free the partition 3 or to lock it, a lock 9 making it possible to lock or release the flap 7. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to combine paper collection and advertising on the same medium.
