Abstract

Single-part device for dispensing powder detergents and liquid brighteners for washing machines, in particular dishwashers, comprising a high capacity reservoir 4 for the powder detergent 9 and a second reservoir 6 for the liquid brightener. These two reservoirs are associated and contained in the space lying between the two parallel panels of the door 2 for access to the washing vessel 34 of the machine. Means are provided to control the introduction of programmed quantities of powder detergent as well as programmed quantities of liquid brighteners. The introduction of the powder detergent is controlled by the periodic actuation of a feed screw 17, activated at the precise time when the machine and its washing pump are stopped.
