In order to better understand the purpose, function and specific design scheme of the present invention, the automatic detergent dispensing device and the dishwasher of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The automatic detergent feeding device is arranged in the dish washing machine, detergent for washing dishes is stored in the automatic detergent feeding device, and a proper amount of detergent can be automatically fed into the dish washing machine for washing the dishes.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the automatic detergent feeding device of the present invention includes a liquid storage cavity 10, the liquid storage cavity 10 is a rectangular box structure, and the detergent can be stored in the liquid storage cavity 10. The liquid storage cavity 10 is communicated with a feeding pipe 20, the feeding pipe 20 is provided with a pump body 30, the pump body 30 is connected with a motor 40, the motor 40 supplies power to the pump body 30, so that the pump body 30 can suck the detergent in the liquid storage cavity 10 through the feeding pipe 20 and discharge the detergent into the dish washing machine.
Preferably, a groove is formed on the outer side wall of the liquid storage cavity 10, the pump body 30, the motor 40 and the feeding pipe 20 are all embedded in the groove and fixedly connected with the groove, so that the pump body 30, the motor 40 and the feeding pipe 20 can be integrally arranged with the liquid storage cavity 10 to form an integral assembly.

Further, a sealing ring 54 is further sleeved on the lower portion of the cover main body 51, and the sealing ring 54 is located between the adding port 11 and the cover main body 51, so that a sealing effect can be achieved. The cap body 51 is further provided with a housing 55 on the outside thereof, and the surface of the housing 55 is provided with a pattern or a raised structure, which can play a role of anti-slip and facilitate the screwing of the cap assembly 50.
Further, a liquid level detection assembly is arranged on the liquid storage cavity 10 and can detect the content of the detergent in the liquid storage cavity 10. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the liquid level detection assembly includes a high liquid level float 61 and a low liquid level float 62, the high liquid level float 61 is disposed near the top of the liquid storage chamber 10, the low liquid level float 62 is disposed near the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 10, and the high liquid level float 61 and the low liquid level float 62 are both disposed in a float positioning groove inside the liquid storage chamber 10. Wherein, the high liquid level floater 61 is used for detecting whether the detergent is filled up or not, and prompting when the detergent is filled up; the low level float 62 provides a user with a timely refill when the detergent is about to run out.
Preferably, the float positioning groove in the liquid storage cavity 10 is of a groove structure with an opening at the lower part and a sealed upper part, the high liquid level float 61 and the low liquid level float 62 are both arranged in the float positioning groove, when detergent is added, the detergent can only enter the float positioning groove from the lower part of the high liquid level float 61 or the low liquid level float 62, and the float is supported from the lower part, so that the float can accurately sense the liquid level change in the liquid storage cavity 10.
The invention also relates to a dish washing machine, which comprises a door body part, a washing cavity, a circulating water path system and an air duct system, wherein the washing cavity is internally provided with the automatic detergent feeding device.
The operation of the automatic detergent dispenser according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 6 and 7.
The first workflow shown in fig. 6: 1. setting various different washing logics according to different use conditions, such as the quantity of tableware, the material of the tableware, the dirt degree of the tableware and the like; 2. setting a certain amount of detergent discharge standard corresponding to each washing logic; 3. the user selects a proper washing logic, so that the automatic detergent feeding device feeds the set feeding amount in the preset time to clean the tableware.
The second workflow shown in fig. 7: 1. different washing programs are set according to different conditions such as the material and the washing quantity of the tableware; 2. different washing strengths are set simultaneously; 3. the user firstly selects different washing programs according to different conditions such as the material and the washing quantity of the tableware, and then selects corresponding washing strength according to the dirt degree of the tableware; 4. according to the washing program and the washing intensity selected by the user, the automatic detergent putting device can determine the putting amount of the detergent according to a preset detergent putting amount calculation method so as to clean the tableware.
The automatic detergent feeding device and the dish washing machine can automatically feed detergent in the working process of the dish washing machine, and automatically feed a preset amount of detergent according to the quantity, the material or the washing strength of the tableware selected by a user, so that the automatic detergent feeding device is simple and intelligent to operate, reduces the burden of a user, has proper detergent consumption, can ensure the cleaning effect of the tableware, saves the detergent and water, and is beneficial to environmental protection and resource saving.

An automatic detergent feeding device comprises a liquid storage cavity, detergent is stored in the liquid storage cavity, and the automatic detergent feeding device is characterized in that the liquid storage cavity is communicated with a feeding pipe, the feeding pipe is provided with a pump body, and the pump body can suck the detergent in the liquid storage cavity through the feeding pipe; the feeding pipe is provided with a feeding port, and the detergent in the feeding pipe can be discharged through the feeding port; be provided with the atmospheric pressure balanced subassembly on the stock solution chamber, air accessible atmospheric pressure balanced subassembly enters into to the stock solution intracavity, avoids the stock solution intracavity to form the vacuum.

The automatic detergent dispensing device according to claim 1, wherein the liquid storage chamber is provided with an addition port through which detergent can be added into the liquid storage chamber, the addition port is provided with a cover assembly, and the air pressure balancing assembly is provided on the cover assembly.
3. The automatic detergent dispensing device of claim 2, wherein the lid assembly comprises a lid body, the lid body is adapted to cover the dispensing opening, and the lid body is provided with air holes through which air can enter the liquid storage chamber.
4. The automatic detergent dispensing device according to claim 3, wherein the vent hole is provided with a one-way valve core, and the one-way valve core can prevent the detergent in the liquid storage cavity from flowing out through the vent hole.
5. The automatic detergent dispensing device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the cap body is provided with a sealing ring, and an outer casing is provided outside the cap body.
6. The automatic detergent dispensing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the reservoir is provided with a recess, and the pump body and the dispensing tube are fixedly disposed in the recess so as to be integrally disposed with the reservoir.
7. The automatic detergent dispensing device according to claim 1, wherein the liquid storage chamber is provided with a liquid level detection assembly, and the liquid level detection assembly can detect the content of the detergent in the liquid storage chamber.
8. The automatic detergent dispensing device of claim 7, wherein the level detection assembly comprises a high level float and a low level float, the high level float being disposed proximate to the top of the reservoir and the low level float being disposed proximate to the bottom of the reservoir.
9. The automatic detergent dispensing device according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the dispensing opening of the dispensing tube is not lower than the bottom surface of the liquid storage chamber.
10. A dishwasher, characterized by comprising an automatic detergent dispensing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
