According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the positioning column 230 is sleeved on the outer side of the mounting column 130, a sealing ring table 131 is disposed at a position of the mounting column 130 corresponding to the free end of the positioning column 230, the sealing ring table 131 is disposed around the positioning column 230, and a cavity sealing ring 350 is disposed between the sealing ring table 131 and the positioning column 230. For example, the rear end of the positioning post 230 extends into the sealing ring table 131, and the cavity sealing ring 350 is pressed between the inner circumferential surface of the sealing ring table 131 and the outer circumferential surface of the positioning post 230. Thus, the liquid consumables in the accommodating cavity 101 can be prevented from leaking through the gap between the positioning column 230 and the mounting column 130, and the sealing performance of the positioning column 230 and the mounting column 130 after assembly is good.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the cavity sealing ring 350 has an O-shaped cross section. For example, the cavity sealing ring 350 may be a rubber member, and the cavity sealing ring 350 is compressed between the sealing ring table 131 and the positioning column 230 through elastic deformation of the cavity sealing ring 350, so that the sealing performance is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the positioning post 230 is provided with a stop platform at a position corresponding to the free end of the mounting post 130 (e.g., the front end of the mounting post 130), and the free end of the mounting post 130 abuts against the stop platform. In this way, the stop table can act as a stop to allow the positioning post 230 and the mounting post 130 to be assembled in place.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a dispenser 10 for a dishwasher further comprises: an indicator light 320 and a press-fit 340. The pressing element 340 is installed on the housing 200, the pressing element 340 presses the indicator lamp 320 on the housing 200, and an external sealing ring 370 is arranged between the indicator lamp 320 and the housing 200. Like this, can prevent that the water seepage from holding in the chamber 101, prevent simultaneously that the consumptive material from leaking the washing chamber, waterproof nature is better.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7, a dispenser 10 for a dishwasher further comprises: the light guide 330. The light guide column 330 is installed on the housing 200, the indicator lamp 320 is installed on the light guide column 330, the outer sealing ring 370 is located between the light guide column 330 and the housing 200, and the pressing piece 340 presses the light guide column 330 to the housing 200. Thus, the light guide column 330 has a light guide function, so that the light intensity can be improved, and the light condensation effect is good; also, the outer packing 370 may prevent water inside the dishwasher from entering the receiving chamber 101 through a gap between the light guide 330 and the outer case 200, thereby improving waterproofness.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the cross-section of the outer sealing ring 370 is rectangular, so that the sealing property between the light guide 330 and the housing 200 can be further ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, an inner seal ring 380 is disposed between the pressing member 340 and the light guide column 330. Like this, inside sealing washer 380 can prevent that the gap entering between pressure part 340 and the leaded light post 330 from holding the chamber 101 in the water in the dish washer, prevents simultaneously that the consumptive material from leaking the washing chamber, further promotes waterproof nature.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the cross-section of the inner sealing ring 380 is rectangular, so that the sealing property between the pressing member 340 and the light guide 330 can be further ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, indicator light 320 is located proximate the center of housing 200 with respect to outer drop opening 201. Therefore, the structure is compact, the space utilization rate is high, the appearance is attractive, and a user can conveniently observe the state change of the indicator lamp 320. For example, the indicator lamp 320 has a ring shape, thereby facilitating installation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, the housing 200 is provided with a display post 240, the mounting post 130 and the positioning post 230 are respectively disposed around the display post 240, the external projection opening 201 is located outside the display post 240, the display post 240 has a display opening 241 penetrating through both ends thereof, the pressing member 340 is located inside the display post 240, the pressing member 340 blocks the display opening 241, and the indicator light 320 is visible from the display opening 241.
For example, the light guide 330 is annular, the front end surface of the light guide 330 is provided with a sealing step, and the external sealing ring 370 is sleeved on the sealing step. The pressing piece 340 is provided with a circular truncated cone 341 protruding forwards, the circular truncated cone 341 is matched in the light guide column 330 and plugs the display opening 241 together with the light guide column 330, a waterproof groove 342 extending along the circumferential direction of the pressing piece 340 is formed in the outer side of the circular truncated cone 341, the inner sealing ring 380 is matched in the waterproof groove 342, a waterproof step is formed in the rear end face of the light guide column 330, and the pressing piece 340 compresses the inner sealing ring 380 on the waterproof step. Thus, not only can the user conveniently observe the state change of the indicator lamp 320, but also water can be prevented from entering the accommodating cavity 101 or the consumables can be prevented from seeping out of the accommodating cavity 101, and the waterproofness of the dispenser 10 for the dishwasher is ensured.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, a plurality of mounting lugs 331 are disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the light guide column 330, the mounting lugs 331 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the light guide column 330, a mounting hole is disposed on each mounting lug 331, correspondingly, a plurality of mounting lugs 343 are disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the pressing member 340, the mounting lugs 343 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the pressing member 340, and a mounting hole is disposed on each mounting lug 343. In this way, the light guide column 330 and the pressing member 340 are respectively assembled between the housing 200 and the body 100 by the fasteners, and the structure is more stable.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, the housing 200 and the mounting post 130 are respectively annular, the storage slot 103 and the outer slot 201 extend along the circumference of the housing 200, and the storage slot 103 and the outer slot 201 are spaced along the circumference of the housing 200, so as to better achieve functional zoning and facilitate release and use.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the outer slot 201 is located at an upper portion of the housing 200, the storage slots 103 are plural, and the storage slots 103 are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the housing 200 and are respectively located at a lower side of the outer slot 201. For example, there are two storage slots 103, two storage slots 103 are located on the left portion of the housing 200 and the right portion of the housing 200, respectively, one storage slot 103 may be used for storing dishwashing powder, and the other storage slot 103 may be used for storing dishwashing agent. Therefore, more different kinds of consumables can be stored, and the use of a user is facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a dispensing outlet 202 is provided on the casing 200, the casing 200 is located at the upper part of the body 100, the outer dispensing port 201 is located at the upper part of the casing 200, and the dispensing outlet 202 is located at the lower part of the casing 200, so as to facilitate the dispensing and pumping out of the consumables. Wherein, put in mouth 201 and put in export 202 and can be located the top that holds chamber 101 respectively outward, like this, can prevent to cause owing to holding chamber 101 interior liquid consumptive material too much and spill over.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the throwing outlet 202 includes a plurality of throwing holes provided at intervals on the housing 200, each of which penetrates front and rear end surfaces of the housing 200. For example, the projection holes are rectangular, the longitudinal direction of each projection hole is oriented in the up-down direction, and a plurality of projection holes are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction. Thus, the liquid consumable can be dispersed when discharged, so that the liquid consumable can be uniformly discharged, and the discharge outlet 202 can be prevented from being blocked by large impurities.
As shown in fig. 1 to 20, a dispenser 10 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: body 100, housing 200, pump body 410, and cover 210.
Specifically, the body 100 has an accommodating cavity 101, a mounting cavity 151 and a throwing channel 102, an inner throwing port 141 is provided on the body 100, the mounting cavity 151 is separated from the accommodating cavity 101 and the throwing channel 102, and the throwing channel 102 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 101. For example, the body 100 is substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and the body 100 includes a front cover 110 and a rear cover 120, the front cover 110 and the rear cover 120 are assembled and together define the receiving cavity 101, the mounting cavity 151 and the dispensing channel 102, wherein a rear side wall of the mounting cavity 151 is opened to facilitate mounting of the components.
The housing 200 is connected to the body 100, the housing 200 is provided with an outer throwing port 201 and a throwing outlet 202 which are communicated, and the inner throwing port 141 is communicated with the throwing channel 102 and the outer throwing port 201. The pump body 410 is arranged in the mounting cavity 151, and the pump body 410 is respectively communicated with the accommodating cavity 101 and the throwing outlet 202. The pump body 410 is used for pumping out the liquid consumables in the accommodating cavity 101 and throwing the liquid consumables into the washing cavity of the dishwasher through the throwing outlet 202.
The cover 210 is movably disposed on the housing 200 to open and close the outer input port 201, and a ventilation gap 211 is defined between the cover 210 and the housing 200 when the cover 210 closes the outer input port 201, and the ventilation gap 211 communicates the outer input port 201 and the external environment. When putting mouth 201 outward when closing lid 210, lid 210 can prevent on the one hand that washing intracavity water from getting into and holding chamber 101, and on the other hand ventilation gap 211 can guarantee to hold the intercommunication between chamber 101 and the external environment, prevents the production of negative pressure to make things convenient for pump body 410 to take out smoothly and hold the liquid consumptive material in the chamber 101.
After the liquid consumable is injected from the outer input port 201 by the user, the liquid consumable flows into the accommodating chamber 101 through the input channel 102, and the pump body 410 draws the liquid consumable in the accommodating chamber 101 and inputs the liquid consumable into the washing chamber through the input outlet 202. When the liquid consumable is discharged, the gas flows through the feeding outlet 202, the pump body 410, the accommodating cavity 101, the feeding channel 102 and the outer feeding port 201 in sequence, and flows out to the outside through the ventilation gap 211, so that the air pressure in the accommodating cavity 101 is kept balanced.
According to the dispenser 10 for the dishwasher of the embodiment of the present invention, the accommodating chamber 101 is communicated with the external environment through the ventilation gap 211, so that gas exchange can occur between the external environment and the accommodating chamber 101, the air pressure balance in the accommodating chamber 101 is ensured, and negative pressure is avoided, so that the pump body 410 can smoothly pump out the liquid in the accommodating chamber 101, and the dispenser has a simple structure and good water resistance.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the ventilation gap 211 is located above the dosing channel 102, as shown in fig. 2. Thus, it is possible to prevent the overflow due to the excessive liquid consumption in the receiving chamber 101.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the cover 210 extends obliquely outward in a direction from an edge of the housing 200 to a center of the housing 200. For example, the housing 200 has a ring shape, and the cover 210 extends inward and forward in the radial direction of the housing 200. Therefore, the water flowing to the sealing cover 210 can be guided, the water is prevented from entering the outer throwing port 201 along the ventilation gap 211, and the waterproof effect is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the outer delivery opening 201 is located above the delivery channel 102 and the ventilation gap 211 is located at the bottom of the outer delivery opening 201. For example, a ventilation gap 211 is defined between the lower edge of the cover 210 and the housing 200. Thus, the ventilation gap 211 can be ensured to be positioned above the feeding channel 102, so that the liquid consumable is prevented from overflowing, and the waterproof effect can be further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, a plurality of partition plates 150 are disposed in the body 100, the plurality of partition plates 150 enclose a mounting cavity 151 in the body 100, and the plurality of partition plates 150 and the inner wall of the body 100 define the accommodating cavity 101 and the throwing channel 102. For example, four partition plates 150 are arranged in the body 100, the four partition plates 150 enclose a rectangular mounting cavity 151, the mounting cavity 151 is open to the rear side, the partition plates 150 located on the upper side and the partition plates 150 located on the left side respectively define the throwing channel 102 with the inner wall of the body 100, the accommodating cavity 101 is located below the throwing channel 102, and the liquid consumable material flowing into the throwing channel 102 flows into the accommodating cavity 101 under the action of gravity. Thus, the liquid consumable can be prevented from flowing into the mounting cavity 151 to influence the pump body 410, the normal operation of the pump body 410 is ensured, and the pump body can be formed into an integral piece, so that the structure is simpler and more compact.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, a suction pipe 420 and a pumping pipe 430 are provided in the body 100, the suction pipe 420 extends in an up-down direction, an upper end of the suction pipe 420 is connected to the pump body 410, a lower end of the suction pipe 420 forms a suction port 421, the suction port 421 is spaced apart from the bottom wall of the accommodating chamber 101, one end of the pumping pipe 430 is connected to the pump body 410, the other end of the pumping pipe 430 is connected to the dispensing outlet 202, and the other end of the pumping pipe 430 forms a pumping port 431.
In some embodiments of the invention, the suction tube 420 and the pumping tube 430 may each be separate tubular pieces. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13, the suction pipe 420 and/or the pumping pipe 430 are integrated with the body 100, so that the integration is high, the structure is compact, and the corresponding assembly is omitted. For example, one of the suction tube 420 and the pumping tube 430 may be integral with the body 100, i.e., one of the suction tube 420 and the pumping tube 430 may be defined directly by the body 100 and the other of the suction tube 420 and the pumping tube 430 may be a separate tubular part; alternatively, the suction tube 420, the pumping tube 430 and the body 100 are one piece, i.e., the suction tube 420 and the pumping tube 430 may be defined by the body 100, respectively.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the housing 200 is located at an upper portion of the body 100, the outer drop port 201 is located at an upper portion of the housing 200, and the drop outlet 202 is located at a lower portion of the housing 200. Thus, the ventilation gap 211 can be positioned higher on the body 100, and the anti-overflow effect is better.
As shown in fig. 1 to 20, a dispenser 10 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: body 100, housing 200 and pump assembly.
Specifically, the body 100 defines the accommodating cavity 101 therein, and the body 100 is provided with an inner input port 141. For example, the body 100 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the body 100 includes a front cover 110 and a rear cover 120, and the front cover 110 and the rear cover 120 are assembled and jointly define the accommodating chamber 101.
The housing 200 is connected to the body 100, the housing 200 is provided with an outer input port 201 and an input outlet 202 which are communicated with each other, and the inner input port 141 is communicated with the accommodating chamber 101 and the outer input port 201.
The pump assembly is arranged on the body 100, a suction port 421 of the pump assembly is communicated with the accommodating cavity 101, a pumping port 431 of the pump assembly is communicated with the throwing outlet 202, and the suction port 421 is positioned above the lowest position of the accommodating cavity 101.
According to the dispenser 10 for the dishwasher of the embodiment of the present invention, the liquid consumables can be gathered to the lowest position of the accommodating chamber 101, so that the liquid consumables in the accommodating chamber 101 are gathered at the suction port 421, waste of the liquid consumables caused by staying elsewhere is prevented, the liquid consumables can be conveniently and completely drawn out, the structure is simple, and the cost is low.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 10, the suction port 421 is located above the center of the bottom wall of the accommodation chamber 101. Therefore, the flow gathering effect is better, and the production and the manufacture are convenient.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, at least a portion of the bottom wall of the accommodation chamber 101 corresponding to the position of the suction port 421 is configured in an arc shape protruding downward. For example, the bottom walls of the accommodating chambers 101 extend obliquely downward from the left and right sides toward the center, respectively, i.e., the bottom walls of the accommodating chambers 101 are configured in a symmetrical arc shape that protrudes downward. Like this, the diapire that holds chamber 101 can play the effect of water conservancy diversion, conveniently holds the liquid consumptive material in the chamber 101 and gathers under the action of gravity and flow to suction port 421 departments, and it is better to gather the effect of flowing.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the pump assembly includes a pump body 410, a suction tube 420 and a pump tube 430, the upper end of the suction tube 420 being connected to the pump body 410, the lower end of the suction tube 420 forming a suction port 421, one end of the pump tube 430 being connected to the pump body 410, and the other end of the pump tube 430 being connected to the dispensing outlet 202.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 and 15, the bottom wall of the receiving chamber 101 is provided with a fixing member 160, and the lower end of the suction pipe 420 is fixed to the fixing member 160. Thus, the suction pipe 420 can be fixed, and the structure is more stable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the body 100 is provided with a mounting cavity 151, the mounting cavity 151 is separated from the accommodating cavity 101, the mounting cavity 151 is located above the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 101, and the pump body 410 is installed in the mounting cavity 151. For example, four partition plates 150 are arranged on the body 100, the four partition plates 150 enclose a rectangular installation cavity 151, the installation cavity 151 is open to the rear side, the partition plates 150 located on the upper side and the partition plates 150 located on the left side respectively define the throwing channel 102 with the inner wall of the body 100, the accommodating cavity 101 is located below the throwing channel 102, and the liquid consumable material flowing into the throwing channel 102 flows into the accommodating cavity 101 under the action of gravity. Thus, the liquid consumable can be prevented from flowing into the mounting cavity 151 to influence the pump body 410, the normal operation of the pump body 410 is ensured, and the pump body can be formed into an integral piece, so that the structure is simpler and more compact.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, a float 510 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 101 and floats up and down, and the body 100 is provided with a sensing plate 520, and the float 510 communicates with the sensing plate 520. For example, a matching groove 521 is formed in a position, corresponding to the float 510, outside the body 100, the induction plate 520 is matched in the matching groove 521, a reed pipe is arranged on the induction plate 520, a magnetic pipe is arranged on the float 510, and in the process that the float 510 moves up and down, the reed pipe and the magnetic pipe are mutually induced to enable the float 510 and the induction plate 520 to communicate, so that the change of the liquid level of the consumable in the accommodating cavity 101 can be detected.
Other constructions and operations of the dispenser 10 for a dishwasher according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 1 to 20, a door assembly 1 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention includes: a dispenser 10 and a door 20 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention. The door body 20 has a mounting hole in which the positioning column 230 is fitted.
According to the door assembly 1 for a dishwasher of the embodiment of the present invention, with the dispenser 10 for a dishwasher as above, it is possible to detect a change in the level of the consumables within the receiving chamber 101 and to determine the state of the balance of the consumables.
Other constructions and operations of the door assembly 1 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 1 to 20, the dishwasher in accordance with the third aspect of the present invention includes the door assembly 1 for the dishwasher in accordance with the second aspect of the present invention.
According to the dishwasher of the third aspect of the present invention, with the door assembly 1 for a dishwasher as above, it is possible to detect a variation in the level of the liquid of the consumables in the housing chamber 101 and to determine the state of the remaining amount of the consumables.
Other constructions and operations of dishwashers according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A dispenser for a dishwasher, comprising:
the device comprises a body, a plurality of clamping pieces and a plurality of clamping pieces, wherein an accommodating cavity is defined in the body, and an inner throwing port is formed in the body;
the shell is connected with the body and provided with an outer throwing port and a throwing outlet which are communicated, and the inner throwing port is communicated with the accommodating cavity and the outer throwing port;
a pump assembly provided to the body, a suction port of the pump assembly communicating with the accommodation chamber and a pumping port communicating with the discharge outlet, at least a portion of a bottom wall of the accommodation chamber corresponding to a position of the suction port being configured in a downwardly convex arc shape, the pump assembly comprising: the suction pipe extends along the vertical direction, the upper end of the suction pipe is connected with the pump body, the lower end of the suction pipe forms the suction opening, one end of the pumping pipe is connected with the pump body, and the other end of the pumping pipe forms the pumping opening;
the float, the float is established with floating from top to bottom it holds the intracavity, the bottom that holds the chamber is equipped with the limiting plate, the suction mouth with the float is located respectively the limiting plate below, the body is equipped with the tablet, the float with the tablet communication.
2. The dispenser for a dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein the lowest position of the float is located above the lowest position of the accommodation chamber.
3. The dispenser for a dishwasher of claim 1 wherein said suction port is located above the lowest located of said receiving chamber.
4. The dispenser for a dishwasher of claim 1 wherein said suction port is located above the center of the bottom wall of said receiving chamber.

The dispenser for a dishwasher of claim 1 wherein said retainer plate, said side wall of said receiving chamber and said bottom wall of said receiving chamber together define a sensing chamber, said sensing chamber being in communication with said receiving chamber, said float being vertically floatable within said sensing chamber.
6. The dispenser for a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the housing is located at an upper portion of the body, the outer discharge opening is located at an upper portion of the housing, and the discharge outlet is located at a lower portion of the housing.
7. The dispenser for a dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with an indicator light which is in communication with the sensing plate and which is displayed according to the position information of the float.
8. The dispenser for a dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 7, said housing being annular, said outer dispensing opening extending in a circumferential direction of said housing.
9. A door assembly for a dishwasher, comprising:
a dispenser for a dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
the door body is provided with a mounting hole, and one part of the shell is matched in the mounting hole.
10. A dishwasher, comprising the door assembly for a dishwasher according to claim 9.
