Abstract

Manufacture and assembly of timber frame panels enabling the rapid erection of walls for the construction of buildings of small height. These panels consist of plywood boards, fixed to a double-ventilation frame, making it possible by means of a system of baffle plates and grids (fig. 11 and 15 plate 6) to recover the heat in the external air and to recycle the internal ambient air.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fabricaticn et d'assemblage de panneau permettant la construction rapide de bati- -rnents à ossature bois. The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing and assembling a panel allowing the rapid construction of buildings with a wooden frame.

Le panneau est compost d'une ossature bois comprenant:
a) les lisses basse et haute de montage et leurs
fixations
b) les lisses basse et haute de panneau et leurs
fixations
c) les poteaux de jonction des panneaux
d) les poteaux intermédiares
e) les poteaux d'angles sortants et rentrants
f) deux panneaux contreplaqués permettant le recy
-clage de l'air
g) un système de ventilation du parement extérieur
permettant la récupération des calories de l'air
h) un système de recyclage de l'air intérieur ambiant
i) un ensemble de chicanes du parement extérieur
-j) la régulation des systèmes de ventilation et de
recyclage
chaoue élément ci-dessus décrit est constitué comme suit
- les lisses basse et haute sont exécutées avec une feuillure
destinée à recevoir une fausse languette (fig. 1)
- les lisses basse et haute de panneau sont exécutées avec
une feuillure destinée à recevoir une fausse languette et un
épaulement en vue de l'ajustage des deux contreplaqués
intérieurs
- la lisse basse de panneau est fixée sur la lisse basse de
montage et son support (fig. 2 )
- les poteaux de jonction sont exécutés avec une feuillure
verticale destinée à recevoir une fausse languette et un
épaulement pour le blocage des deux contreplaqués intf-
- rieurs, avec rainures de circulation d'air (fig. 3 et 4 )

Claims

1) Modular elements of wall panels, sensors and

heat transmitters for Darois from buildings to
