Abstract
L'invention concerne la technique d'obtention de matériaux de haute dureté par compression. Le dispositif faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type comportant des demi-matrices 1 entre lesquelles est placé un récipient 3 muni d'un élément de serrage 4 enveloppant sa paroi extérieure dans la zone d'interaction des demi-matrices 1, ledit récipient étant muni d'une douille en graphite 5 recevant le demi-produit 6 en matériau composite, disposée le long de l'axe du récipient 3, et à chaque tranche de laquelle est disposé un élément de connexion électrique, et est caractérisé en ce que la paroi extérieure 7 de la douille en graphite 5 et la paroi du récipient 3 forment une enceinte annulaire dans laquelle est disposée une douille 9 en un matériau contenant au moins un métal. L'invention trouve des applications dans la métallurgie des poudres pour la fabrication des matériaux utilisés dans les outils de forage, de rectification, etc., soumis à une usure intense par abrasion.
