Abstract

Elément sensible incrémental pour ondes stationnaires constitué par une source de rayonnement laser monochromatique par des systèmes optiques à double réfraction et à réflexion et par un étalon d'exploration dont les surfaces terminales parallèles sont munies de couches partiellement transparentes et photoélectriquement actives, caractérisé en ce que la distance comprise entre les surfaces terminales 4, 5 de l'étalon d'exploration 2 est réglée par un matériau 2. 3 dont la longueur géométrique dans la direction de l'onde stationnaire 1 est réglée par une tension électrique continue sur K. lambda/8 et en ce qu'en plus le matériau 2. 3. est soumis à une tension électrique alternative.
