Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 7 ou 8 caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé autour d'un microprocesseur (15), d'une mémoire programmable (12) non volatile qui renferme le code confidentiel utilisateur ainsi que le programme d'exploitation (initialisation du système, gestion des afficheurs (5,6) et du clavier (8), comparaison des informations...) ; une mémoire vive (13) stocke les informations provisoirement ; un clavier (8) permet d'entrer le code confidentiel avec deux touches reliées aux interruptions du microprocesseur (15) qui permettent le branchement à deux routines situées dans la mémoire programmable (12) ; les signaux entre l'unité centrale (4) et les blocs d'afficheurs (5,6) sont multiplexés et transmis en binaire, interdisant ainsi un accès "pirate" aux afficheurs. 9.
