Abstract

The invention relates to a method making it possible to inject wood under pressure, in a single operation and using the same tool A by screwing, injection through this same tool A then by unscrewing the latter once the injection is finished. The device consists of a tool A having a self-tapping front part 1a and 1b, it is fed at its other end 5 by an injection system of known type 13, allowing the passage of a product under pressure 12 into an axial hole 6 and its diffusion via at least one hole 7 opening out between the self-tapping parts 1a and 1b, and its diffusion in the wood. The device allowing the screwing and unscrewing of the tool A in the wood consists of a mechanical or electromechanical drive element (screw-driving machine with an offset mandrel 8, 9, 11, 14). The method is particularly intended for the anti-parasite treatment of timber for construction.

Description

La présente invention est relative a un nouveau procédé d'injection directe, en profondeur et sous haute préssion, de produits tels que produits de traitements dans des matériaux tels que notament,le bois . Ce nouveau procedé selon l'invention est caracterlse en ce qu'il permet l'injection sous haute pression des materiaux tels que notament le bois ( 40 a 1 0 barsi cm2 ) ,en une seule operation et par le meme outil par vissage( mecanique ou electro - mecanique )de celui-cl et par le passage a l'interieur meme de cet outil du produit injectable .Le procede selon l'invention est caracterlsé en ce que cet outil est constitue par un axe monobloc creux , pourvu sur sa partie externe avant d'un filetage pointu autotaraudant tel que celui d'une vis a bois d'on type connu . Ce filetage exterieur mal est percé dans sa partie centrale de plusieurs petits trous debouchant dans un trou axial .Ce trou axial étant relie directement a un systeme d'injection haute pression de produit ( raccord tournant et pistolet d'injection d'un type connu ) par un accouplement étan che haute pression ,situe 'a à l'extremite arriere de cet outil . Apres vissage complet dans le bois ,de la partie fileter de cet outil à la profondeur voulue ,le pistolet d'injection permet le passage du produit injectable dans le trou axial de l'outil et à travers les petits trous debouchants situés au centre de la partie filetee,et à sa diffusion sous pression dans les fibres du bois
Ces petits trous ,étant situes au centre de la partie filetee ,la partie arriere de ce filetage empeche tous refoulement du produit injecte , a l'exterieur-du bois
On comprend ansi que l'on puisse injecter sous pression directement des produits dans le bois a l'aide du meme outil et en une seule opération
Une fois l'injection proprement dite terminee , l'outil selon l'invention ainsi que son systeme d'injection , est retirecdu bois par simple devissage (mecanique ou electromecanique ) de celui-ci
Le nouveau dispositif selon l'invention , permetant l'application de ce nouveau procédé d'injection direct selon l'invention,est caracterisé en ce qu'il permet l'injection en profondeur sous haute pression ( 40 à 150 bars I cm2 ), de produits antipasitaires ou autres, dans les fibres de matériaux tels que par exemple, les bois d'assemblages de construction dans le Batiment(charpente, solivages, huisseries .... ect ), ou autres.

Cette technique actuelle demande une main d'oeuvre considerable a cause des différentes phases prealables à l'injection proprement dite .D'autre part, elle nécessite l'emploi obligatoire d'injecteurs plastiques, dont le prix de revient cummulé constitue une charge financière importante pour l'entreprise . En outre ,cette technique actuelle cause un leger affaiblissement supplementaire aux éléments de bois souvent deja alternés par des parasites ou champignons,( percage des trous ).Y compris l'aspect ésthetique du fait que ces injecteurs 'etant à demeure dans le bois,restent visibles à la surface des eléments traités .
