Abstract

This inventive process is based on the use of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) which, added to organic matter, destroys the anaerobic bacterioflora, consequently resulting in the destruction of any unpleasant odour and, moreover, makes it possible to stabilise the pH at around neutrality. The second stage consists in the fact that the product obtained, mixed with various components, results in a product which can be used in the farm-produce industry or in a product which can be used as fertiliser enrichment. A third stage can be envisaged by addition of supplementary components thus resulting in a product of high farm-produce quality, or in a fertiliser of high biological value. Finally, the final product is dried so that it can be stored and marketed.

Description

DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
The designated process consists of using organic waste. animals n depending on their non-toxicity, which implies having first made sure that they do not contain harmful doses of copper, zinc, mercury, arsenic, pesticides, toxic medicinal substances and other elements toxic.

This precaution should only be taken in cases where breeders use prohibited or unregulated products.

The purpose of the process is to reuse proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins and trace elements that are not assimilated by the animal. (After estimation, this corresponds to approximately 60X of the material ingested.)
The process consists in recovering these products and re-introducing them into a food cycle after having subjected them to an adequate biochemical treatment, which makes them healthy, of pleasant smell, harmless and therefore directly re-assimilable by the animal, without subsequent health problem
The process consists in homogenizing the aforementioned wastes in order to make them more malleable, with a view to their acceptance of the biochemical treatment which makes them ready for reuse.

The added products will, in most cases, be products from milling waste (from grains, bran, cereal husks, March stalks and other cereal waste which are generally burned.) And grape marc waste , the grains are crushed in order to recover the tannin.) and the addition of Jerusalem artichoke, These added products will have the main effect of drying the waste and possibly providing additional nutritional value depending on the basic organic waste. extracts inulin, r a carminative effect and opens the appetite
Its purpose is to replace hormones, zinc, or other harmful products used to force fattening.

An addition of starch can be envisaged, as well as the addition of shelled oak acorns.

This homogenization may allow biological and biochemical treatment with hydrogen peroxide, H202 at I30 volumes, sprayed at a dose of 2 to 3 liters for IOO liters of dejection to be treated.

Oxygenation with hvdroeene peroxide results in:
- The cessation of anaerobic bacterial fermentation, and this instantaneously, that is to say, the complete destruction of enterobacter, coliforms, clostridii, brucella, salmonella, helminth larvae and others. Bactericidal action is compulsory for the food industry and in the fertilizer improvers sector, the organic waste germs will not compete with the bacterial flora of plants, in terms of fertilizing units. It is recommended that this action be carried out on droppings that have not spent too long in the pit.

- La suppression totale des odeurs nauséabondes. - The total elimination of foul smells.

- La rééquilibration du PH. - Rebalancing the PH.

The process then consists in rapidly drying the product obtained, in order to remove any excessive humidity and so that it can be stored and kept like any other product of this kind.

It can be in the form of semi-granules or in flour, because part of the exits were consumed during drying.

A second operation can be carried out in order to obtain a high quality finished product, by possible addition of precooked food flour. This allows it to be consumable as it is.

The finished product can be used either dry or with the addition of water to obtain a paste.

Le procédé d'utilisation des déchets peutAtre aussi envi- sagé dans un but do fabrication d'a-nd-ment engrais PH 7.  The waste utilization process can also be envisaged for the purpose of manufacturing PH 7 fertilizer.

The additive which will homogenize the basic product will then be of the peat type, this having a double role, on the one hand to dry up the excrement, on the other hand, to stabilize the PH because peat is a acid product which can absorb 7 times the volume of water.

In a second step, we can enrich this amendment by adding mineral elements nitrogen, phosphates, potas to make a high quality organic fertilizer which, by its content and composition will not only fertilize the soil, but also will maintain their humidity by its high content of humus.

The fact that this product has a consistency of humus, furthermore, has a very appreciable advantage in that it retains nitrogen in the surface layer and therefore will not aggravate the pollution of the groundwater by ni trates.

The treatment therefore removes all pollution due to organic waste which is currently being spread improperly in the fields. This has the consequence of polluting rivers by modifying aquatic fauna, quantitatively and qualitatively. Namely that it causes the proliferation of organisms (cyanophyceae) which are not destroyed and which by their power of multiplication, die and decompose quickly, thus causing a profound alteration of the oxygen balance with generally nuisances in addition, of type: toxic secretions, foul odors, brackish appearance of the waters. Added to this is the pollution of shallow groundwater, especially in filtering karst soils,
It is undeniable that this treatment can extend to the reprocessing of urban sludge, provided that it is of organic origin,
Similarly, it can also be envisaged to reprocess the fermentation residues of wines and alcohols.
