Are already known (French patents 2,193,738, 2,518,504, 2,337,666, 2,300,709 and 2,383,839) of drawer boxes comprising a drawer receiving loose objects and a case tightly surrounding the drawer. The drawer includes a bottom and four edges directed upwards defining a bowl in which the objects are placed. This drawer completely closes the case. Such drawer boxes provide the function of storing objects. However, in general, these objects are arranged in bulk or are not held positively. The transport of such a package is possible in the horizontal state. When tilted, problems can arise, as the objects are no longer held, especially when several of the objects have been removed from the package. However, such a drawer box sn 'is not designed to allow presentation and distribution by unit. In particular, the objects contained in the drawer are invisible from the outside when the drawer is placed completely in the case.

There are also known trays for storing objects comprising lines and columns of holes receiving the objects (French patents 2,279,635 and 2,418,748).

These trays allow the storage of objects so that they are perfectly stored. On the other hand, the transport of objects is awkward because the objects are not held positively by the tray, so that the objects can come out of the receiving holes if the tray is not held perfectly horizontally. In the first patent cited, the plate has feet allowing several plates to be superimposed. Objects placed on a lower tray are therefore visible but, on the other hand, difficult to grasp in a unitary manner, except for objects located on the periphery of the tray. In the case of the second patent cited, the tray is devoid of feet and, therefore, the trays lined with objects can be superimposed but then gripping objects placed on the lower tray is impossible.

Finally, there are known packages or packages of objects juxtaposed and / or superimposed by means of sheets of paper, cardboard, plastic (French patents 2,256,681, 2,387,172 and 1,308,559). This packaging or packaging makes it possible to resolve the storage and transport of such objects, or even their presentation.

However, these are lost packaging or packaging, destroyed during use (therefore not refillable) and not allowing distribution by unit unless destruction of the packaging or packaging.

The invention therefore aims to provide a receptacle which simultaneously allows storage, transport, presentation and individual distribution of objects such as individual pots (yoghurt pots for example) or decorative items. To this end, the receptacle comprises in combination a cell plate intended to receive and hold in place the objects and rigid holding means placed mainly along the longitudinal edges of the plate and in which the latter is mounted with longitudinal sliding, these holding means having the function on the one hand, of supporting the plate and, on the other hand, of authorizing its sliding when necessary. This receptacle can also comprise an upper wall associated with the holding means and extending au- above the tray while being spaced therefrom to define a housing for the articles, this upper wall having the function of protecting or maintaining the articles; a lower wall associated with the holding means and extending above the plate.

The holding means preferably form the longitudinal edges of a case further comprising and optionally the upper and / or lower walls, the case comprising an opening to at least one of its two transverse ends.

The invention also relates to a package comprising such a receptacle, the cells of which are lined with objects.

Finally, the invention relates to a presentation and distribution assembly grouping several juxtaposed and / or superimposed packages.

The invention therefore allows the constitution of such presentation and distribution sets, mainly for objects of different nature, shape, color or size. These objects are permanently visible from the outside thanks to the transverse end openings of the case. In the presentation and distribution set comprising several superimposed and / or juxtaposed packages, it is possible to grasp an object located in a lower tray without having to act on the packages or the upper objects. Finally, the package can be transported conveniently without losing the objects it contains, the tray even being placed vertically, or even overturned, as soon as the axis of sliding of the tray in the case remains placed horizontally or slightly inclined on the horizontal, taking into account the degree of friction existing between the plate or case or 11 end-of-travel blocking means provided on the receptacle.

The invention relates to a receptacle 1 for storage, transport, presentation and distribution to the unit of objects 2.

Objects 2 are for example pots (such as yoghurt pots), or even decorative objects (such as candles placed in receptacles.

Objects 2 are preferably massive and having a general axis of normally vertical symmetry. Also, preferably, they have an upper end portion of greater bulk than the lower end portion, in the manner of a truncated cone or a pyramid trunk with point directed downwards, or a peripheral projection forming collar so as to be able to be held by simple rest on a holding element comprising a hole or a cavity.

These objects can be of very different shapes, dimensions, weights and natures and naturally, the receptacle 1 is adapted accordingly. The height and width of the object 2 can be between one centimeter or even less and ten centimeters or even more.

The receptacle 1 comprises in combination a tray 3 with cells 4 intended to receive and hold the objects 2 in place and holding means 5, rigid, placed mainly along the longitudinal edges 6 of the tray and in which the tray 3 is mounted with longitudinal sliding along an axis 7. The holding means 5 have the function, on the one hand, of supporting the plate 3 and, on the other hand, of authorizing its sliding along the axis 7 when -necessary.

In general, the axis 7 is placed horizontally or slightly inclined on the horizontal. For storage and transport functions, the receptacle 1 can be placed horizontally or vertically or inclined, the axis 7 being placed as indicated above. For its presentation and unit distribution functions, the receptacle 1 is placed horizontally, and the cells 4 directed upwards.

In the rest of the text, reference is made unless otherwise indicated to this particular arrangement of the receptacle 1, which makes it possible to define the positions above, below, upper, lower, directed downward, upward, etc.

The receptacle 1 may also preferably comprise an upper wall 8, associated with the holding means 5 and extending above the plate 3 while being spaced from the latter to define a housing 9 for the objects 2. This wall 8 has the function of protecting and maintaining the objects 2. To this end, it is placed parallel to the plate 3 and in the immediate vicinity of the upper end of the objects 2 as will be seen later.

The receptacle 1 can also preferably comprise a lower wall 10 associated with the holding means 5 and extending below the plate 3.

According to the invention, the holding means 5 form the longitudinal edges of a case 11 further comprising and, if necessary, the upper 8 and lower walls 10. This case 11 has an opening 12 at least along its two transverse ends 13.

The case is kept rigid by securing means 11a (glue or strapping band).

Preferably, the case 11 has an opening 12 at each of its two transverse ends 13.

The openings 12 occupy, according to the invention, all of a transverse end 13.

The tray 3 provides an opening 12 in a passage 14 corresponding to the housing 13 and whose function is to allow viewing, from the outside, of the tray 3, the cells 4 and the objects 2 therein.

The passage 14 occupies all or almost all of the part of the opening 12 bounded by the upper face 15 of the plate (where the cells 4 are located) and the upper wall 8. In a first preferred variant, the passage 14 is an opening also allowing access from the outside to the cells 4 and to the objects 2 therein. In this case, this opening is generally permanent.

In a second variant, not shown, the passage 14 consists of a sheet of totally or partially transparent or translucent material.

The plate 3 is mounted in the holding means 5, in particular in the case 11 with gentle friction and / or with locking means 16 to prevent any inadvertent sliding of the plate. These blocking means 16 are for example (FIG. 7) a strapping band longitudinally surrounding the receptacle 1 passing over the openings 12 (initial blocking) or an end-of-travel projection of the plate 3 cooperating with a hollow in the case 11 or vice versa (permanent blocking).

Preferably, the plate 3 is mounted in the holding means 5 with double sliding along the axis 7 so as to be able to be removed from one or the other of the two openings 12, the case 11 then comprising two openings.

The plate 3 is rigid as a whole, that is to say it is self-supporting and remains undistorted even when the cells 4 are lined with objects 2.

The plate 3 comprises, in addition to the upper face 15, with cells 4 formed by holes (Figure 5bizou of hollow (Figure 5a) two longitudinal edges 17 adjoining the upper face 15 and directed downwards.

The plate 3 can also include a lower face 18 and / or two transverse edges 19 also directed downwards (FIGS. 2a, 2b).

The plate 3 may comprise, at at least one of its transverse ends, gripping means 20 (FIG. 6) in particular such as a hole, a recess, a projection, a tongue or the like, the function of which is to enable the plate to be grasped 3 to ensure or facilitate its sliding.

The longitudinal edges constituting the holding means 5 have good resistance to compression, which makes it possible to superpose several receptacles 1 furnished with objects 2, without the lower receptacles being crushed.

The tray 3 and / or the case 11 can be made of cut cardboard, folded and assembled by securing means (Figures la, lb) or of plastic, molded or injected.

Regarding the case 11, the securing means in question consist for example, or preferably, of two strapping bands spaced apart longitudinally from one another and surrounding the case in the transverse direction.

This arrangement makes it possible to dispense with the use of glue while strengthening the non-deformability of the case 11.

The receptacle 1 can comprise gripping means 24 placed in such a way that the sliding axis 7 is placed at least substantially horizontally, according to the holding forces existing between the plate 3 and the case 11 due to friction or means existing blocking. These gripping means 24 are constituted, for example by a handle located on the longitudinal edges 5 of the case 11 (Figure 3).

The receptacle 1 can also include means 21 for juxtaposition and / or superposition making it possible to constitute, from several receptacles 1 furnished with objects 2, a set of presentation and distribution.

These means 21 consist, for example, of folded and cut tabs, formed in the case 11, adjacent to the longitudinal edges 5, directed upwards or outwards.

The case 11 can naturally be the subject of numerous embodiments as required. Thus, and with reference to FIG. 9, it may include two longitudinal edges constituting the holding means 5 and a transparent upper wall 8 attached and glued to them.

These longitudinal edges 5 can be bent in a U at their lower part to form gutters for guiding the longitudinal edges 17 of the plate 3 which, in this embodiment, has only one upper face 15 and two longitudinal edges 17.

In the case of FIG. 10, the plate 3 comprises an upper face 15 pierced with holes and two longitudinal edges 17 extending not only downwards but also upwards, slidably mounted in channels constituting the holding means 5, maintained by an upper wall 8 and a lower wall 10.

In the preferred embodiment illustrated in Figures la, lb, 2a, 2b and 3, the plate 3 is made of cardboard cut, folded and glued.
