Abstract

The invention relates to a cord winder and its stake, making it possible to define a straight line symbolised by the cord, it being possible to wind the latter onto a bobbin inside the winder after use. This invention consists of a winder 1, of a cord 2 and of a stake 3. The winder consists of a handle 5, of a cylindrical tube with a closed conical end 4, and of a bobbin 6, on which the cord 2 is wound up with the aid of a button 10 which is integral with the bobbin. A retractable catch 7 and a serrated crown 8 make possible rotational locking in the direction of unrolling. This locking is released by permanent pressure of the thumb on the catch 7. The stake 3 consists of a cylindrical tube with a closed conical end 14 and of a top holding the cord captive at the other end. This invention is provided in particular for gardening.
