Abstract

Invention of a transportable method for floral presentation on one or more levels with a water surface. According to the dimensions, it consists of a bowl (container) 1 comprising one or more fixed 2 or removable 6 foam supports and/or fastening points 8. The fixed foam support 2 fits a rod support 3 which receives the fastening rod 5 in which is fitted the outer female socket (plug) of the removable foam support 6 which is to be used with or without water reserve and is also fastened in the cylindrical housing 9 on the bottom of the bowl (container). The grid 4 matches the contours of the foam 7. All the elements are fastened by interlocking and permit a rotation by 360 DEG . A first variant makes it possible to use two fastening rods 5. There exists a second variant where the female socket (plug) is located on the inner edge of the removable foam support 6, and a third variant where it is located in the centre. Production of supports which are profiled and recessed by machining or by moulding using a cylindrical base.

Description

 The present invention relates to a method of floral presentation comprising a cup and its accessories for making compositions on one or more levels together with a water surface.

 The various traditional methods of Western floral presentation generally use blocks of synthetic foam making it possible to carry out, according to the supports, presentations on one or more levels. These achievements are generally transportable. The foam blocks are previously saturated with water and provide only temporary bumidification.

 The various methods of oriental floral presentation allow you to make arrangements on one level in conjunction with a water surface. The plants are held in place or pricked in independent heavy supports which ensure good stability but can only be moved carefully a few meters.

 The method according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. It is easily transportable over long distances and allows both to present flowers and plants on one or more levels thanks to a modular system offering multiple possibilities where all the elements are or become integral this together with a water surface, l water being added when the presentation is arrived at destination. It provides an aesthetic complement and promotes constant humidification of plants, therefore better conservation.

 According to a preferred process, the floral display cup, the accessories of which are cylindrical in shape, contains one or more supports of synthetic foam (7) (several manufactures available on the market).

Small cuts, for example 200 x 45mm of H approximately, have a fixed foam support on the bottom (2)
interior 80 x 2Omm of H env-iron provided with slots intended to receive a block of synthetic foam of 0 80 x 50mm of "or a cylindrical housing (9) of 2 to 3mm of H provided with slots intended to allow the humidification of the synthetic foam (7) located in the removable support (6).

This fits into the cylindrical housing (9). The removable support (6) of 80 x 35mm H is designed to be used either in elevation or at the bottom of the cup.

For this purpose, it has marked locations on the bottom where the thickness of the material is reduced in order to be inserted with a cap of a ballpoint pen, for example. The removable support (6) comprises a cylindrical female part located outside and provided with an internal bead allowing to fit the sections of fixing rods (5) supplied in lengths cut or sawn to the desired lengths which allows the choice of heights and superimposition of removable supports (6). This female part as well as the edge of the support which it juxtaposes is set back with respect to the upper edge and acts as an overflow.

The water descends into the elbow through the fixing rod (5).

The removable support (6) has a small internal cylinder of approximately 'b 50mm x 15mm H and allows the use of either a block of foam (7) corresponding to the internal diameter in this case the remaining internal volume serves as a reserve of water, or a foam bar (7) of 80mm preferably used when the removable support (6) is placed at the bottom of the cup.

The removable support (6) can rotate 3600 whether it is placed at the bottom of the cup or in elevation which allows the presentation areas to be moved relative to each other.

The fixed foam sunnort (2) adapts on its outside diameter a rod support (3) which can perform a rotation of 360 in which fits a fixing rod (5) intended to receive the removable support (6) also fixed by interlocking.

The foam supports (2) and (6) can be provided with a grid (4) matching the outer contours of the blocks of synthetic foam (7). The grid (4) is inserted inside the foam supports (2) and (6) and makes it possible to ensure greater resistance of the synthetic foam (7) preventing possible bursting.

The fixing points (8) consist of two superimposed male sockets. The largest located at the base allows to set up the removable support (6) and corresponds in diameter to the inside of the socket of said support.

Depending on the position of the fixing point (8) in the cut (1), the removable support can rotate 3600.

The smallest located above allows to set up the fixing rod (5) and corresponds to the inside diameter of the latter.

The process is preferably carried out in a rigid plastic material. The section (i) comprises, depending on the dimensions, the fixed foam support (2) or the cylindrical housing (s) (9) the fixing point (s) (8) forming an assembly intended to be molded from a part by injection.

To be produced also by injection, the removable support (6). The rod support (3) as well as the fixing rod (5) will be produced by extrusion.

According to a first variant, the rod support (3) and the removable foam support comprises two diametrically opposite female parts and making it possible to use two fixing rods (5).

According to a second variant, the female part of the removable foam support (6) is juxtaposed at the inner edge of said support providing the same function.

According to a third variant, the removable foam support (6) has in its center a profile identical to the dimension higher than the fixing point (8) on which it fits and which makes it possible to set up the fixing pull (5) .

Sarallégllpéédiques cylindrical supports comprising one or more hollowed out levels where the presentations spring out can be produced either by molding or by machining of the profiles. The base is cylindrical and fits into the cylindrical housing (9) or on the outside diameter of the fixed foam support (2) and also allows rotation of 360 ?.

The cups (7) are of various shapes and sizes, with or without feet. The feet allow to fit sections of tubes offering if to modify the levels of a cut compared to the other. They can have, as well as the removable foam supports (6), the shape of flowers, of leaves for example.

Certain cuts according to the shapes can be fixed to each other by means of a slide making it possible to produce a fixed assembly composed of two cuts.

The cut shapes (1) selected are round, oval, semicircle, fan, square, rectangular, rhombus, rhombus with intersecting cut sections.

Different materials can be used for making plastic cups and accessories, ferrous or non-ferrous metals, pottery, glass.

Different colors, preferably of deep shade: black, amber, green, blue, brown, burgundy in clear shade or marbled effects can be used according to the needs of the market.

A..VNDICATIONS 1) Method of transportable floral presentation using synthetic foam (several products available on the market) and allowing flowers and plants to be arranged on one or more levels at heights chosen by the dancer and present together with a surface of water ensuring constant humidification, characterized in that it consists of a cup (1) comprising on the bottom and according to the dimensions, either a fixed foam support (2), or one or more cylindrical housings (9), one or more fixing points (8). The pre-designated elements are integral when they appear in the section and are cylindrical. The accessories including the rod support (3), the zorilla (4), the fixing rod (5), the removable foam support (6), the synthetic foam (7), are cylindrical and are fixed by interlocking. 2) Method according to claim 1 characterized in that the foam support (2), is provided with slots and receives in the inner diameter the foam (7) and the grid (4Y, the outer diameter adapts the rod support (3 ) which can optionally rotate 3600.  7) Method according to claim 1 and .2, characterized in that the rod support (3) receives the fixing rod (5) supplied in determined lengths which can be sawn when the material allows it intended to receive-oir the removable foam sunnort (6). 4) Method according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the removable foam sunnort (6) has a female part located outside whose height is reduced at the base of the height of the cylindrical housing (9 ), however allowing the passage of water.
