Le principe général reste inchangé mais les sous-ensembles de
composition sont modifiés pour être industriellement viables
en construction
FIGURE 1 - REP.1 Le culot est conforme au 84 04507 PIG.11 - REP.2 La traversée est employée comme au 84 04820 FIG.5 - REP.3 Le manchon de protection et de raccordement est lui de
conception nouvelle comprenant:
un tube creux; une extrémité inclus le vissage en position étanche
de la traversée dans le culot, l'autre extrémité reçoit la glissière
de baionnette du cable
un isolant électrique; en verre (téflon ou bakélite) surmoulé à
l'intérieur par extrusion (injection)pour former unité avec le tube
Ces trois éléments s'assemblent facilement, chacun d'eux constituant une partie rationnellement distincte

FIGURE 1 - REP.1 The base conforms to 84 04507 PIG.11 - REP.2 The bushing is used as in 84 04820 FIG.5 - REP.3 The protective and connection sleeve is
new design including:
a hollow tube; one end includes screwing in a sealed position
of the bushing in the base, the other end receives the slide
cable bayonet
an electrical insulator; glass (teflon or bakelite) molded to
inside by extrusion (injection) to form a unit with the tube
These three elements are easily assembled, each of them constituting a rationally distinct part

New bayonet cap (three pieces) - Return socket 19 which receives the bayonet fingers - Knurled outer ring which slits, screwed into the socket - positions the cable and receives the protective sheath - Rubber seal for total tightness
The pressure spring tip remains unchanged in accordance with the above
