Abstract

The invention relates to hoeing implements making it possible to aerate the roots of plants and eliminate weeds for the purpose of a better development of the plant. It comprises a wheel 1 carrying curved teeth 3 rotating about an axle 4. The latter is fastened to a yoke 5, but can rotate freely on itself by means of two ball bearings 6. The axle carries a pulley 7 which is driven by an electric or thermal motor 9. The appliance can be equipped with a handle 8 fastened to the yoke or with an adjustable guide bar. A knife 14 makes it possible to adjust the speed of the appliance and keep it in its path.

L'appareil se compose d'une roue (1); la jante (2) porte des dents incurvées (3) tournant autour d'un axe (4).
