Abstract

The invention relates to hacking and hoeing implements making it possible to aerate the roots of plants and eliminate weeds for the purpose of a better development of the plant. It comprises a frame 1 and 2, to which are fastened a wheel 3, a handle 4 and two small earthing-up props 5 and 6. An electric or thermal motor 7 rotates a metal tool 8 in the form of a triangle.

Les travaux de binage sont souvent effectués à l'aide d'outils simples à main. Mais ce travail est festidieux et si la superficie cultivée est assez impsr- tante, il devient trop long et on doit avoir recours aux désherbants pour en racourcir la durée. Les travaux de binage sont également effectués à l'aide de motoineuses ; mais là, à cause du poids et du dEsÉquilibrage de l'appareil les manipulations sont difficiles dans des rangs serrés et deviennent très difficiles en serre ; la qualité du travail s'en ressent. Hoeing work is often carried out using simple hand tools. L'appareil se compose d'un châssis composé de 2 tiges métalliques (1 et 2) sur lequel sont fixés une roue (3) un manche (4) et 2 petites béquilles de terrage (5 et 6) qui stoppent le déplacement lattéral de l'appareil. Un moteur électrique ou thermique (7) peut être placé~sur le manche ou sur le chassie.
