Abstract

Device for laterally retaining the stabilising bars for the suspension of a motor vehicle, the said stabilising bars having a linear central part mounted in at least two bearings forming the shell of the vehicle, the said central linear part being extended by curved end parts which are connected to a part of the vehicle securely fastened to the rolling wheel assembly. It comprises stop members consisting of metal segments 9, 9a added and fixed to the central linear part 6b of the stabilising bar 6 between the bar bearings 7, 7a and in a manner adjacent to the latter. The invention is used in suspensions of motor vehicles.
