Description

Le dispositif, objet de notre brevet, est une potence à rotation dont la particularité est de se fixer, par elle-même, au sol, au mur ou au plafond simplement, par un serrage entre le soi et le plafond, à l'endroit désiré.
50 utilisation est particulièrement reservee aux handicapés moteur et personnes âgées qui ont des difficultés à se redresser a partir d'une position assise ou couchée puisque ce dispositif peut être placé, sans-fixation, près d'un lit, d'une baignoire ou d'un siège de douche.
Le plan unique qui a été annexé à notre dépôt représente une vue de face (fig.li, une vue de plan (fig.2) et un détail de la vis (fig.3)
Ce dispositif est réalisé, pour l'ossature, d'un tube acier mince assemblé, en partie basse, par soudure sur un socle en métal embouté protégé d'un profilé en caoutchouc, En partie haute, une potence, également protégée d'un profilé en caoutchouc, est règiaole en hauteur grâce à un système de vis qui permet de bloquer le dispositif entre le sol et le plafond, Une potence rota tive à la possibilité d'être bloquée par l'intermédiaire d'une vis papillon ; son règlage en hauteur est assuré par un curseur dont le blocage s'effectue aussi par une vis papillon.L'extrêmité de la potence est prévu pour recevoir une channe ou une sangie sur laquelle est suspendue une poignée dont la lar- geur permet de se tenir à deux mains. L'ensemble des pièces nétailiquessubit un traitement anti-corrosion zingué ou chromé.
Selon une première variante, une main courante circulaire en acier traité, r-glable en hauteur,peut servir à l'utilisateur pou se tenir debout par exemple.
Selon une deuxième variante, il est possible de prévoir des accessoires fis sur l'ossature. tels que : étagères, supports.
Selon une troisième variante, la patère peut être de forme différente pour s'adapter au plafond.
Selon une quatrième variante, l'ossature pourrait être en deux parties pour une question de largeur dans l'empaquetage et le transport

revendication f
1) Dispositif de potence à rotation caractérisé par son emploi spécifiprès des handicapés moteur et personnes âgées et de par son ossature (fig.l) en tube acier mince soudé puis revêtu d'un traitement anti-corrosif (zingué ou chromé) dont la partie haute, protégée d'un profilé en caoutchouc, est règlable en hauteur grâce à un système de vis.
2) Potence à rotation,selon revendication 1, caractérisée par le blocage de l'ossature entre le sol et le plafond évitant, ainsi, toute fixation au sol, au mur ou au plafond (fig.3)
3) Potence à rotation, selon revendication 1, caractérisée par son règlage en hauteur à l'aide d'un curseur.
4) Potence à rotation, selon revendication 1, caractérisée par une poignée suspendue à une chaîne.
