Abstract

Device for holding the straps of bags carried on the shoulder. The invention relates to a device making it possible to hold the straps of bags carried on the shoulder in order to prevent them slipping. It consists of a single piece made from moulded plastic, comprising, at one end, a clip 6 which is curved according to the shape of the collar, introduced onto the latter and held by points 5, and, at the other end, a hook 1 for retaining the strap. When the user places the device via the clip 6 on the collar of his garment and places the strap of his bag at the end 1, the body of the device assumes, at the point 3, the optimum angle formed between the collar and the shoulder of the user. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for holding the straps of bags carried on the shoulder.

Description

 The present invention relates to a device capable of holding on the shoulder any type of strap bags or portable straps usually on the shoulder.

 The wearing of these bags is traditionally operated by the simple holding of the strap on the shoulder. Different conventional means, such as increasing the support surface of the strap on the shoulder, fitting a self-adhesive device on the garment do not help to eliminate the disadvantages such as, loss of the bag by sliding of the strap , held permanently by the arm or the hand, hopscotch bends or bent behavior of the user to avoid slipping, lack of comfort and availability of movement.

 The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks.

It indeed has 9 at one end a specific clamp allowing a flexible and effective grip in the collar or lapel of the garment, at the other end a hook shape capable of retaining the strap or thong.

The user places the clip in the collar of his garment, the device is established on his shoulder. He places the strap of his bag at the other end inside the hook.

 According to the preferred embodiment, the pinching on the collar of the garment is carried out from the top.

FIG. I - the device comprises a reduction in its section (3) allowing automatic variation according to the angle (4) between the garment and the shoulder. This angle (4) is established by itself as soon as the strap is placed inside the hook-shaped end (I).

The main clip (6) is shown in section A.A. It is equipped on its two faces with two plastic cones (5) allowing effective clamping of the garment.

The main clip (6) is represented according to section B.B in order to represent its curvature for making it possible to follow the usual curve of the collar of the garment.

At the other end is a hook (I).

The device is made in a single piece of suitable plastic in a single molding operation.

The device has average dimensions of 8 centimeters for its total length, 5 centimeters for the width of the clamp, 2 centimeters for the width of the body
According to an alternative embodiment (FIG. 3) the main clip attaching to the garment is reversed with respect to FIG. I, in order to be fixed on the collar of the garment.

The curvature of the clip (6) is then curved differently, and can then be fixed on the reverse of the collar of the garment.

All other configurations of the device, such as reduction of the sectio to allow automatic variation of the angle (4) or the hook (I) remaining similar.

 The device according to the invention is intended to be used on the majority of collars or lapels of everyday clothing, such as shirts, coats, vest ons, gabardines, etc.

Claims (5)

 I) Device for avoiding the sliding of the bags carried on the shoulder, characterized in that it behaves with a single clamp comprising at one end a clamp, at the other end a hook, and a main body allowing the collar of the garment, the variation of the angle formed by the clamping plane of the clamp and the main body for suspending the strap object.  2) Device according to claim (I) earaetérisé in that the collar clip is curved to match the shape of the collar or lapel, in that the clamp has conical claws or other holding efficiency, in that the clamp is oriented so as to allow its attachment to the neck of the vastly from the top thereof.  3) Device according to claim I and 2 characterized in that the other end of the bag comprises a hook for holding the strap or straps of the bag.  4) Device according to claim I - 2 - 3 characterized in that its main body (3) comprises a part whose width is reduced, giving the possibility of varying the angle as defined in claim I, by articulation or deformation of matter.  5) Device according to claims8 I - 3 - 4 characterized in that the clamp is curved to match the shape of the neck, in that the clamp has conical or other claws of holding efficiency, in that the clamp is oriented so as to allow it to be fixed from below onto the back of the neck of the neck.
