Abstract

The invention relates to a shoe with interchangeable sole and heel tip for women, men or children. According to the invention, the shoe with interchangeable sole and heel tip comprises an upper 1, an assembly insole 2 reinforced by a toe case 3 and steel waist (shank) pieces 4 receiving the screws 13 holding the sole and heel tip 6. The sole support 9 projects at 10 and receives the sole and heel tip 6 provided with lip 11 which holds it in place. A heel 18 receives the heel tip 17 which matches it perfectly. Thicknesses of coloured materials 16 and 19 indicate the state of wear of the sole and/or of the heel. The invention makes it possible, without being a handyman or shoemaker, to be able to, oneself, change the soles and heel tips of one's shoes in a very short time.

Description

 The invention relates to the shoe with sole and good interchangeable toe .. by the user himself.

 Currently, in the field of footwear, when the sole and or the right toe are worn, several choices are possible.

 The first choice is to repair yourself when you are a good handyman; soles and good tips to glue or nail are commercially available, the disadvantage of this choice is that there is quite a preparation and a work to be done on the shoes and that this is far within reach from everyone.

 The second choice is to have it repaired by a shoemaker; fairly expensive method in itself> because we know the cost of the current workforce.

 The third choice is to throw away worn shoes; it's the facility, but in a period where we have to make savings in all areas, this should tend to disappear.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a shoe with a sole and a good toe: changeable, the user of which can change the worn part himself without having to have cobbler shoes and without being a handyman. It is enough to remove the sole and good worn end making only one piece and to put on a new element and, this in a very short time
This invention will therefore find its application to the general public.

 Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent during the description which follows, which is given only by way of indication, and which is not intended to limit it.

 The invention will be better understood if reference is made to the description below as well as to the accompanying drawing which forms an integral part thereof.

 Figures 12 2, 3 show schematically a preferred mode of realizing the shoe with sole and good interchangeable toe. It can be applied to shoes for children, women or men without any distinction.

 Figure 1 shows a longitudinal section of the shoe by its axis. Figure 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the shoe at height of the sole; section along AA. Figure 3 shows a sole and good interchangeable toe 6 single cross section by its axis.

 The shoe with a sole and a good interchangeable toe illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 consists of a rod 1, the shape of which can vary depending on the use or the method of manufacture, depending on whether it is for children, women or man.

 A first assembly 2 reinforced by a hard end 3 and steel shanks 4 with screws or points 5 to fix the heel 18.

 The support sole 9 projecting at 10 receives the outsole 15 provided with the flange flange which keeps the outsole 15 in place. A welt 12 forms a junction between the rod 1 and the sole 9. A lining 7 comes between the lining 8 and the support sole 9.

 The right toe 17 is integral with the sole 15 so they are in one piece 6.

 The right toe 17 may be of the same material as the sole 15 and, or, comprise, all or part, an additional thickness at its base of a material of different hardness 14.

 The heel 18 is fitted into the right toe 17 and marries it perfectly.

 The correct toe 17 thus includes the sole 15 directly in the sandwiched material of thicknesses 16 and 19 the surface is substantially equal to the bearing surface of the correct toe 17 and the sole 15.

 This brightly colored material indicates the state of wear of the sole or heel, thereby preventing the wear of the support sole or the heel.

The soles and good toe currently known are not provided with this indication system and very often, believing, although already worn, that one can still use the shoe, one pierces the sole, or lon wear the heel, too to be able to repair.

 MR FHc 13 screws or another very simple system, requiring no technical knowledge and which can be dismantled by anyone, could possibly complete the maintenance of the good interchangeable toe sole 6. These screws 13 would be screwed into the steel shanks 4.

 The sole and toe 6 will be standardized according to the type of shoe used.

 All the other elements used in the manufacture of the shoe and not indicated here in this preferred mode may find their place there.

The embodiment which lives between described is only given as an indication and other implementations of the present invention within the reach of those skilled in the art, could be adopted without, however leaving the framework of it,
The invention will find its application in all areas of footwear.

Claims (9)

 1. Shoe with sole and good interchangeable toe, used by the general public comprising in particular a rod (1) a first assembly (2) reinforced by a hard toe (3) and steel shanks (4) of the screws or points (5 ) to fix the heel (18). It also includes a sole (9) projecting at (10) to receive the sole and good interchangeable toe (6), characterized in that the interchangeable sole (6) is removable, can be assembled and disassembled in a single operation, very easily.  2. Shoe with sole and good interchangeable toe, according to claim 1, characterized in that the sole and good toe (6) is in one piece.  3. Shoe with sole and good interchangeable toe, according to claim 2, characterized in that the right toe (17) envelops the heel (18).  4. Shoe with sole and good interchangeable toe, according to claim 2, characterized in that the right toe (17) has an extra thickness of material and different hardness (14) at its base for wear, relative to the assembly (6).  5. Shoe with sole and good interchangeable toe, according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the right toe (17) and the sole (15) have an overthickness sandwiched in bright color of wear-indicator (16) and (19).  6.
