Description

L'invention est relatif à une mécanique permettant de fabriquer des fauteuils ou canapés-lits de différentes largeurs.
Elle permet, à l'encontre de mécaniques existantes, d'etre, d'une part d'un maniement extrêmement simple, d'autre part d'une stabilité et d'un confort dans les deux positions, qui rejoignent les qualités des meilleurs lits et canapés fixes a
I/- Le lit est constitué de trois parties : A, B et C. La partie B étant fixe, la partie C est reliée à la partie B par zn paralléllogramme déformable constitué des biellettes a et c.
La biellette a se prolonge au-delà du point d'articulation 2 et vient faire bras de levier au point 3 sur la biellette b, qui suit le mouvement inverse de a. b étant reliée à la partie A au point 4, les parties A et C sont solidaires des mouvements d'ouverture et de fermeture. Lorsque l'on soulève la partie A en Q-, celle-ci devient dossier du fauteuil et entraine dans un mouvement de translation horizontale, la partie C qui vient se poser sur la partie B pour former l'assise. A l'inverse, pour tranformer le fauteuil en lit, il suffit de soulever l'assise au point 0( . Celle-ci, dans son mouvement de translation, abaisse le dossier du fauteuil.
2/- La partie du sommier constituée de A et de B est réalisée en lattes qui donnent un meilleur soutien pour la partie lourde du corps.
3/- La partie C du sommier est réalisée en sangles ou en toile tendue par des ressorts ou des sandows. Cette conception permet d'avoir en position assise un grand confort obtenu par le soutien de deux épaisseurs de matelas. En position couchée, la partie C qui est la partie la plus sollicitée en position assise, ne soutient que les jambes et souffre très peu.
Le système peut être réalisé avec accoudoirs ou être tout simplement recouvert d'une couette dégrafable.
Le cale reins en position fauteuil ou canapé devient oreiller ou traversin en position lit.
Dans les convertibles actuels, une épaisseur de coussins directement posés sur la mécanique, donne une assise inconfortable, en outre, à l'intérieur la place disponible ne permet qu'un matelas très mince, qui donne egalement un mauvais couchage.
Dans une banquette s'ouvrant comme un portefeuille, la partie du matelas sur laquelle on s'assoie finit par être écrasée et donne un mauvais couchage en très peu de temps. De plus, sa portée réduite au sol le rend instable en position lit.
Cette invention permet de pallier ces défauts.

Claims (7)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    I/- Fauteuil ou canapé-lit constitué de 3 parties dont l'une est fixe et les deux autres sont articulées sur la partie fixe de manière à ce que la mouvement de l'une détermine le mouvement de l'autre. Caractérisé en ce que la partie C est reliée à la partie B par un paralléllogramme déformable, constitué des biellettes a et c. La biellette a se prolonge au-delà du point d'articulation 2 et vient faire bras de levier au point 3 aur la biellette b qui suit le mouvement inverse de a.
    b étant reliée à la partie A au point 4, les parties A et C deviennent solidaires du mouvement d'ouverture et de fermeture.
    Lorsque l'on soulève la partie A en n , celle-ci devient le dossier du fauteuil et entraîne dans un mouvement de translation horizontale la partie C qui vient se poser sur la partieB pour former l'assise. A l'inverse, pour tranformer le fauteuil en lit, il suffit de soulever l'assise au point OC . Celle-ci dans son mouvement de translation, abaisse le dossier du fauteuil qui devient lit.
  2. 2/- Fauteuil ou canapé-lit selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les parties A et B sont réalisées en lattes de bois (multiplis de hêtre),cette partie du sommier soutenant la partie lourde du corps offre le meilleur couchage.
  3. 3/- Fauteuil ou canapé-lit selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie C est constituée d'un sommier réalisé en sangles ou en toile tendue à l'aide de ressorts ou sandows. Cette partie du sommier, porte en position lit la partie la plus légère du corps, les-mollets. En position fauteuil, cette particularité permet de profiter de 2 épaisseurs de matelas pour le confort de l'assise. La première épaisseur (C) absorbant la majeure partie de la déformation à l'écraserment.
  4. 4/- Fauteuil ou canapé-lit selon l'ensemble des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie C qui absorbe la majeure partie de l'écrasement dans la fonction fauteuil est peu sollicitée dans la fonction lit (mollets).
  5. 5/- Fauteuil ou canapé-lit selon l'ensemble des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la transformation du lit en fauteuil, s'opère simplement en soulevant la partie A enfl
  6. 6/- Fauteuil ou canapé-lit selon l'ensemble des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la transformation du fauteuil en lit s'opère simplement en soulevant la partie C en O(
  7. 7/- Fauteuil ou canapé-lit selon l'ensemble des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'un blocage naturel en position fauteuil est obtenu par les 2 biellettes a et b qui viennent en appui l'une sur l'autre.
