Abstract

This clamping device is of the type comprising a barrel formed by two bosses which are situated on either side of a longitudinal slot 4 of the saddle tube 1 and interact with a screw or a bolt 6. The two bracing stays of the frame are fixed on the saddle tube 1 on either side of its longitudinal slot 4, and the two bosses of the barrel are fixed astride the bracing struts 2 and on the saddle tube 1 on either side of its slot 4.
