Multi-cell plate, whose cells are isolated from each other, which can be used for immunological and biological reaction. It comprises a plurality of flat-bottomed cells 2, 15, oblong in shape, which are parallel to each other, whose length is substantially equal to one of the dimensions of the plate 1, 8, the said cells being separated from each other by walls 6, 20 manufactured in one piece, whose thickness is sufficient to ensure the flatness and, where appropriate, the rigidity of the plate.
