Abstract
Description
décantation a eu lieu.
The subject of the present invention is the manufacture of a dispo
sitive allowing to take up a liquid in the upper part of a liquid mass whose level is variable, while avoiding that the scum or floats are evacuated with the liquid
taken back, moreover, if lion chooses to evacuate the liquid only during
the moments o; the mass is not agitated, that is to say when a
decantation has taken place.
decantation even when the mass is agitated, provided that we avoid evacuating at this time. This therefore means that if we do not evacuate
not and if the mass is agitated, the evacuation piping does not
will not be able to charge decantable particles
The drawings given here as schematic examples, indi
non-limiting catives are subject to many variations of
achievements and applications as a new industrial product
FIG- I - shows in section in (i) an open waterproof case
sr its upper part of suitable shape, cylindrical, parallel
lepipedic or other which has on its lower part a
pipe (2) allowing the evacuation of the recovered liquid, is connected
to the outlet by means of a flexible pipe (3). Above
from this box, a second filled with plastic foam (4) cork
or even light and closed material at its upper part will serve
float.
décantables l'accus au caisson (I). This second box is extended by 65B cheeks coming
surround the box (I) over its entire vertical part
upper part of the vertical wall of the float (4) will serve as a deflector retaining the foam and the floats (4) The lower part of the vertical wall of the float @ associated with the wall vefti-
box wedge (I) constitutes a lamellar settling element
allowing zero settling in the pipeline (2)
liquid and prohibiting particles under these conditions
decantable the battery in the box (I).
The two boxes (i) and (5) are held one relative
to the other by means of a series of screws (6> This fixing device
tlon allows an adjustment in order to fix the level of the box (I)
relation to the plane of the liquid (8) and consequently the level of recovery of the liquid
The attachment of the box (5) to the box (I) can be done by any other means than that of the screws (6). The whole of this device can be made of all materials and dimensions such as, for example, steel, wood, suitable plastic or other material, the float (7) can be independent of the device and be simply attached to it
FIG- 2 - shows the same trapezoidal device
FIG -3 - represents seen in perspective a box (I) of cylindrical shape open at its upper part, the arrows indicate the entry of water in the box to be then eva zued in (2)
The FIC- 4 - represents in perspective the box (5 ;; which will cover the box (I) there and to which the floating part (4) will be made integral. In (6), the adjustment screws.
FIG - 5 - represents, seen in section another variant representing the float (4) surrounding the upper part of the box (5), the arrows indicate the entry del @ water by suction for evacuation in (2).
FIG - 6 - represents, seen in plan, a metal bar (10) pierced with two holes and made integral with the upper part of the box (I) on the one hand and on the other hand orze same bar can be placed on the float (4) so that by tightening the two screws (6), after adjustment, the two boxes (I) and (5) are made integral.
A single central screw could suffice for this and would be easier to adjust, the vertical uprights always remaining at the same spacing
Of course, the invention can change shape, material, dimensions, models without altering the principle and the idea of the invention. the aim being to remain within the framework of the new idea of this present patent.
