Abstract

The motorisation of agriculture has lead users to employ centrifugal fertiliser spreaders and has required of the latter a distribution of the fertiliser corresponding to the user's request; the fertiliser must therefore be spread, either to the right, or uniformly, or to the left of the implement; in order to achieve this it is necessary to vary the angle of the vanes, hence the need to stop the implement, the vanes being fixed by two bolts to the disc. In order to avoid any waste of time, the vanes are mounted on the disc with the aid of a spindle and they are oriented by the vane arm bearing on a cam which can move about a [lacuna] causing this cam to rotate, and by stopping it in a predetermined position, the desired orientation of the vane and the required distribution of the fertiliser is obtained. The present invention allows the vanes and the desired distribution to be adjusted without stopping.
