Description

Un dispositif permettant de stocker et de bloquer d'une façon sûre une longueur de : fil, sangle ou d'élastique.
Le dispositif permet d'enrouler et de bloquer une longueur pouvant être contenue dans le carter, ou, au choix, d'assembler deux pièces suivant un angle déterminé, comporte deux éléments solidaires sur le dessin annexé (planche 2/2).
Un carter de forme hexagonale (2) associé à une feuille (1) le tout fixé sur un plat (3). La forme est perforée par un trou (5) permettant le passage de la matière à stocker.
Une pièce servant de bobine et de bloqueur est de forme identique.
Application au support de plâtre de jambe et à la rééducation.
Cet enrouleur à blocage simplifié peut servir de fixation à angle variable. n est constitué de deux pièces essentielles. Cet enrouleur se caractérise par le fait qu'une des flasques de la bobine d'enrouleur a une forme déterminée pouvant s'imbriquer en position blocage dans une autre forme de dimension légèrement supérieure, solidaire ou faisant partie du carter et empêchant le déplacement de la bobine d'enrouler dans le carter. Pour enrouler ou dérouler, il est nécessaire de dégager le flasque bloqueur, soit du carter, soit de la partie caractéristique, par un déplacement latéral pouvant être limité, ou par un déboitement complet suivant les besoins.
Le prolongement du flasque de la bobine d'enrouler permet de confectionner un assemblage à angle variable avec autant de positions possibles que la forme le permet (nombre de dents d'un engrenage par exemple). Résultats pratiques : permet de faire varier l'angle de fixation de deux pièces fixées l'une sur le carter, l'autre sur le rotor.
En fonction enrouleur, permet de bloquer d'une façon sure, par longueurs égales au maximum au pas de la forme, mais variant avec le diamètre du tambour, et avec l'épaisseur déjà enroulée, une longueur totale de matière pouvant être stockée dans un carter.

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    Dispositif de blocage d'une longueur de fil, sangle, ou élastique, notamment pour handicapés, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend
    Un carter comprenant une feuille de forme hexagonale (2) fixé sur un plat (3);
    Une bobine servant d'enrouler se compose d'un flasque rond (1) s'emboitant
    librement dans le carter et d'un flasque de forme hexagonale s'emboitant lui aussi dans
    le carter mais ne pouvant tourner;
    Un trou (4) permettant le passage de la matière à stocker
