Abstract

The present addition to the main patent relates, on the one hand, to the addition to the runners 3 of a lateral locking system of the ski, referred to as "anti-ejection" system 15, and on the other hand to the placing on a slide 17 of the supports 2 of the said runners, in order to permit the adjustment of the spacing of the skis and - incidentally - to make it possible to adapt the device to a monoski with dual binding. With reference to the figure, 15 is the metal bracket the adjustable-spacing arms of which hold the ski in line with the edges of the runner. The anti-ejection bracket is housed in the transverse mortice 18 of the front part 3a of the runner. 18 1 and 18 2 are the two mortices which can be used as desired. 2 is the support firmly attached to the front part of the runner 3a by two Chc M8 x 50 screws. It also enables the rear part 3b to slide by virtue of the slideway 11 (longitudinal slot). 16 is the oblong hole of the bracket, permitting its adjustment. The Chc screws are equipped with metal clips (reinforcements). In this case, the assembly is produced in lightweight non-corrosive metal and in profiled nylon (runners).

Dans le premier cas ,et selon le schéma figure 2,seule la partie arrière(3b)du sabot garde sa mobilité.La partie avant(3a)fixée par deux vis Chc reçoit,en effet un systb- -me dit"blocage anti-éjection".Il consiste en deux équerres métalliques(15)glissant l'une sur l'autre par leur côté ho -rizontal percé d'un trou oblong(16)destiné- au réglage de l'écartement des bras verticaux.Ces derniers,à la manière d'une fourchette,ènt pour but d'emprisonner le ski à l'a -plomb des bords des sabots et d'éviter ainsi le déplaoe -ment latéral de ceu=-ci pendant une manoeuvre.Toute fixa -tion de ski alpin est dotée d'un dispositif"sécurité"ré- -glable qui permet ,en cas de chute avant ou latérale,l1é- -jection des chaussures.Dans le projet initial du brevet, il était envisagé ,pour éviter toute éjection du dispositif, de neutraliser la1,sécurité"en agissant sur sa vis de règla- -ge.La mise au point de la fourchette anti-éjection rend inutile cette manoeuvre,dangereuse dans le cas où le skieur omet de règler à nouveau sa"sécurité" à une sensibilité adé -quate,dès qu'il pratique à nouveau un ski de piste.la four -chette(I5)est logée dans une mortaise transversale du sa -bot(I8)et son blocage s1 effectue par vissage de la base du support(2)dans la gouttière profilée à cet effet(20a).
