Abstract

LA PRESENTE INVENTION CONCERNE UN TAPIS EN CHLORURE DE POLYVINYLE POUR VEHICULES AUTOMOBILES, COMPRENANT UNE FEUILLE DE BASE EPAISSE 3 EN PVC, UNE FEUILLE MINCE 4 DE PVC TRANSPARENT, COMPORTANT UNE DECORATION IMPRIMEE SUR SA FACE POSTERIEURE, ET COUPLEE AVEC LA FEUILLE DE BASE 3 PAR L'INTERMEDIAIRE D'UNE FEUILLE MINCE 6 DE PVC COLORE.

Description

Tapis en chlorure de polyvinyle avec motif imprimé,
pour intérieur de véhicules automobiles.
On connaît bien les tapis en chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC) pour intérieurs de véhicules automobiles, avec déco- ration imprimée à l'aide d'encres vinyliques Ces tapis sont appréciés pour leur souplesse, leur douceur, leur longue durée et leur entretien aisé; cependant, le motif imprimé ne résiste pas longtemps aux frottements auxquels
il est soumis de par l'usage.
La présente invention a pour objet un tapis en chlorure de polyvinyle avec motif imprimé, pour intérieurs de véhicules automobiles, caractérisé par le fait que le motif imprimé se trouve entre la feuille de base du tapis et une
couche protectrice de PVC transparent.
Conformément au but de cette invention, par "tapis" on entend également les "sur-tapis" que l'utilisateur achète
et installe pour son propre compte.
La couche protectrice présente l'avantage d'être constituée d'une feuille de PVC transparent, couplée avec la feuille de base, aussi le motif imprimé est-il imprimé de
préférence au verso de la feuille transparente avant l'assem-
blage des deux feuilles.
Etant donné que la feuille de base présente généra-
lement unecoloris sombre, noire la plupart du temps, une des caractéristiques de cette invention réside dans le fait que la couche protectrice (feuille de PVC transparent) est couplée avec la feuille de base avec interposition d'une feuille de
PVC colorée avec une des couleurs de base du motif à imprimer.
En outre, le tapis peut également avoir un motif imprimé sur sa face supérieure On veut dire par là que sur le tapis, tel qu'il a été défini ci-dessus, peuvent être appliqués les habituels "protège-talons" et/ou "tapis de pieds", comme
cela se pratique en la matière.
En ce qui concerne le dessin ci-joint
la figure 1 est une vue en plan d'un tapis confor-
mément à la présente invention, et la figure 2 est une section transversale à grande échelle, selon la figure II-II de la figure I. Le tapis 1 qu'illustre la figure 1 comprend aussi un protège-talons 2 En 3, est indiqué la feuille de base de PVC, qui en général doit avoir une épaisseur d'environ 0,5 à environ 4,5 mm selon le véhicule auquel le tapis est destiné En 4, est indiquée la feuille de protection de PVC transparent, au verso de laquelle est appliqué le motif imprimé indiqué sur la figure 2 par les traits gras 5 La
feuille 4 est couplée avec la feuille de base 3 par l'inter-
médiaire d'une feuille de fond 6 de PVC coloré qui sert de trait d'union aux deux L'épaisseur conseillée pour les feuilles 4 et 6 est d'environ 0, 09 à environ 0,5 mm La face supérieure du tapis présente un motif gravé, indiqué par les sillons 7, pour former, par exemple, des bandes gravées parallèles qui s'harmonisent avec les bandes du motif imprimé dont les sections transversales sont constituées
par les traits gras 5 mentionnés ci-dessus.
La présente invention n'est bien sur liée d'aucune façon au profil du tapis et/ou aux aspects décoratifs des motifs imprimés ou gravés quipeuvent être choisis par ailleurs.

Claims (4)

REVENDICATIONS
1 Tapis en chlorure de polyvinyle avec motif
imprimé pour intérieurs de véhicules automobiles, caracté-
risé par le fait que le motif imprimé ( 5) est situé entre la feuille de base ( 3) du tapis ( 1) et une couche protectrice
( 4) en chlorure de polyvinyle transparent.
2 Tapis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le motif imprimé ( 5) est imprimé au verso de
la couche protectrice ( 4).
3 Tapis selon les revendications 1 ou 2, carac-
térisé par le fait que la couche protectrice ( 4) est couplée avec la feuille de base ( 3) par l'intermédiaire d'une feuille de chlorure de polyvinyle colorée ( 6) à l'aide
d'une couleur de fond du motif imprimé.
4 Tapis selon une quelconque des revendications
précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend également
et en outre un motif gravé ( 7) sur sa face supérieure.
