L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé permettant d'appliquer vsur leur support les rubans adhésifs quelle que soit leur matière : papier, scotch, plastique, papier kraft etc... Actuellement les rubans adhésifs, constitués par du papier scotch par exemple, sont utilisés sous forme de bobine. Pour permettre un décollage aisé de l'extrémité du ruban au début de chaque. opération on emploie un dévidoir constitué par une bofte contenant le ruban et une branche extérieure à la botte. Le ruban sort de la boîte par une fente ménagée sur sa périphérie.
