Abstract

The bottom post piece (1) is driven into the ground and has an axle stud (2) for pivotally connecting the lower post piece to the upper piece (4). Description

 The present invention relates to a device for avoiding breaking the continuity of the shutter elements while allowing pedestrians and / or vehicles to pass after erase thereof.
