Abstract

The recuperator is shaped for recovery of heat energy by the heat siphon and can be used either on its own or it can be coupled to an existing standard central heating system. It is bedded in the fireplace and provided with a mobile grill which favours the oxygenisation of the hearth and the evacuation of the consumed fuel. The recuperator has a single entry, a small circuit of recuperation capacity and the hydrostatic load obtained from temperature raising is carried out by a rapid injection of heat carrying fluid towards the heated surfaces.
