Abstract

The strap has two adjustable loops (7,8) and is particularly for transporting a sail board and its accessories. It has a supple strap (1) with male hooking elements (2,3) fixed on its extremities. A tape (5), joined to the middle part of the strap, has female hooking elements which can engage on the male hooking elements. Tapes with female hooking elements are fixed to the extremities of the strap on the opposite face to that with the male hooking elements. Locking straps (16,17) are joined to these and go round the strap and its two ends to hold them together to form a loop.
