Abstract

The composite assymetric panel is made up of two to four layers (2,3,4) fixed to partitions to improve heat and noise insulation. The panels are installed using mountings (1,5) shaped to suit the assymetry of the layers and nails (7). The mountings (1,5) are protected by the panels themselves and are received in part by recesses (9) in the edges of the layer (4). The central layer (3) is made of expanded polystyrene. The panels fit together to conceal the mountings and form a continuous outer surface which is suitable as a base for plaster.

Les panneaux composites et le système de fixation selon l'invention

meurtri par trou, agrafage ou autres. Les panneaux composites sont
fixés aux parois à isoler au moyen de profilés mécaniques ou plastiques
obtenus soit par pliage de tôle ou par moulage.Ces profilés sont soli
darisés aux parois par chevilles expansives auto forantes ou non,
recevant une vis dont le serrage peut se faire soit par une tête
polygonale, soit par une tête à fente droite ou cruciforme. Les tiges
filetées ou vis peuvent être également serrées par évidement axial
polygonale, à fente droite ou cruciforme. Les profilés sont percés
pour permettre les passages des vis ou tiges filetées, les trous de
passage peuvent être à cuvettes.Les panneaux peuvent avoir trois
variantes dans leur asymétrie. Ils peuvent être à retour d'angles
d'ouverture variable. La disposition asymétrique permet également un
auto blocage des panneaux contigus. D'autre part la face vue après mise
en oeuvre peut recevoir tous types de revêtements ou enduits.Le maté
riau isolarl ainsi que les plaques peuvent être à feuillure permettant
un emboitement mâle, femelle avec les plaques composites des panneaux
contigus.

Claims (1)
