Abstract

The brooch has initials on it and consists of a plate (1) forming a base on the lower face of which a pin (2) is fixed. Auxiliary plates (4,5), carrying the initials, are juxtaposed on the upper face of the base and each is held by two feet (4b,5b) folded over opposite edges of the base. The base has notches (1a) in its edges in which the feet fit, perpendicular to the alignment of the auxiliary plates. These plates are cut out in a single piece with their fixing feet.
