FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a badge which can be removably attached to a garment via a plurality of fastening means. The invention also relates to the combination of a badge according to the invention and a garment comprising a plurality of complementary fastening means.

STATE OF THE ART [0002] In the field of clothing, it is known to use badges, or badges, to decorate a garment. These badges generally include a means for attaching the badge to the garment and a decorative part. The most common attachment is a safety pin, also known as a safety pin. The badges of the prior art make it possible to modify the appearance of a garment thanks to the decorative part. Thus, the wearer of the garment can according to his mood or his needs adapt the decorative part to the social circumstances in which he wears the garment. However, these badges do not allow the shape of the garment to be changed. However, the wearer of the garment may have the desire or the need to also modify the shape or

There is therefore a need for a removable badge which can be worn on a garment, the badge allowing the wearer on the one hand to have a decorative or informative accessory, and on the other hand to modify the shape of the garment. reversible, easy, quick and easy.

This removable badge can also be used as a means of closing a garment. When the wearer of the garment wishes, he can undo this effect by removing the badge, allowing the garment to return to its initial shape, without the garment having undergone any degradation. The removable badge according to the invention can also maintain a hem, a fold, a fold or a border. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the lower surface of the badge comprises at least 4 first fastening means, one of said means not being aligned with the other three first means. Detailed description of particular embodiments [0012] We will first refer to FIG. 1. A removable badge (1) according to a first embodiment is shown. By removable, it should be understood that the badge (1) can be placed and removed at leisure from a garment, shown for example in FIG. 2a). The badge can thus be easily removed, for example by simple use of human force. When in place, the removable badge (1) maintains an effect on the garment (30), thereby changing the shape of the garment. The removable badge (1) comprises at least two parts, a rigid part (10) and a decorative part (20). The rigid part (10) is the part of the badge (1) which cooperates with the garment (30). Generally, the female part comprises a hollow body with an opening for the insertion of the male part, and means for anchoring the female part to an element (a fabric for example). The male part comprises a protuberance capable of cooperating with the hollow body of the female part via the opening, and anchoring means for anchoring the male part to an element such as a badge according to the invention. It is understood that the female part may well be present on the badge, and the male part may be present on the garment. Preferably, it is more appropriate for the male parts to be on the badge, and the female parts for the garment, in particular so that it is easier to iron the garment. Similar means can be envisaged, such as for example magnetic buttons, hooks, or slides, all made up of at least two cooperating parts. The rigid part (10) is not limited to a particular shape, as long as it has a lower surface (11). By way of example, this rigid part (10) can have the shape of a disc, a square, a cylinder, a cube, or be a free, two-dimensional or three-dimensional shape. Examples are illustrated in fig. 1 and in fig. 9. The rigid part (10) can be made of PVC-type plastic, metal, resin, polymer, wood, metal alloy, or any combination of these materials. Preferably, plastics, polymeric, metallic or woody synthetic resins will be used. The rigid part (10) is not limited in size or shape. Preferably, the rigid part (10) is circular in shape and is substantially flat. According to the first embodiment, the lower surface (11) of the removable badge (1) comprises at least 3 first fixing means (12a, 12b, 12c) aligned. By aligned, it should be understood that the cooperating parts of each of the first fastening means are arranged on the same straight line. By cooperating part, it is for example necessary to understand the protuberances of the male part of a press button, or the hollow bodies of the female part of a press button.

When the removable badge (1) is placed on a garment (30), the first fastening means (12) cooperate with second fastening means (31) integral with the garment (30). It is understood that the garment (30) may include a number of second fastening means (31) less than or identical to the removable badge, but generally a greater number of second fastening means (31) will be present, and in various places of clothing, allowing a greater variety of modifications to the shape of a garment (30). Thus, during the installation of the removable badge (1), it is easy to modify the shape of the garment (30) according to a particular desire or a singular situation. Preferably, the first fixing means (12) are all an identical cooperating part of a press button (for example only male parts, or only female parts), and the second fixing means (31) on the garment (30) are all a complementary cooperating part of the press stud (either female parts or male parts). Depending on the position of the second fastening means cooperating with the first fastening means (12a, 12b, 12c), it is possible to give a garment a bending, pinching, raising or closing effect. When the removable badge (1) is removed from the garment, the latter returns to its original shape, without any damage or marking. By way of example, two removable badges (1) according to this embodiment are used on a dress, illustrated in FIG. 2a). By making the first badge fixing means (1) cooperate with the second fixing means (31) of the dress, as illustrated in FIG. 2b), a bending effect is obtained on each of the side panels of the dress. The bending is retained as long as the badge cooperates with the dress.

The removable badge (1) also includes a decorative part (20). The decorative part (20) is located on a surface other than the lower surface (11) of the badge (1). This other surface can be a flat surface or not. The decorative part can optionally be at least one other surface of the rigid part (10), or a supernumerary element in the rigid part (10). The decorative part (20) can for example be a worked or decorated surface of the rigid part (10), or even a rough surface when the material constituting the rigid part (10) intrinsically has decorative characteristics. It is understood that the rigid part (10) and the decorative part (20) cooperate so that the decorative part (20) is visible when the removable badge (1) is placed on a garment. Alternatively, the decorative part (20) can be made of another material than the rigid part (10). The two parts (10, 20) then cooperating, either removably or irremovably. For example, a fabric can be fixed on a surface of the rigid part (10), a set jewel, or more generally, a pattern or a decorative relief is fitted on the rigid part, for example via a means of nesting, such as a protruding rim, allowing the decorative part to be fitted onto a surface other than the lower surface of the rigid part. In a complementary manner, when the decorative part (20) is removable, the decorative part (20) and the rigid part (10) can cooperate via fixing means, such as snaps or magnet buttons. The shape of the decorative part (20) is not limited to the shape of the rigid part (10), but can be similar in shape to the simplest badges. The decorative part (20) can visually cover the entire rigid part (10) when the badge cooperates with a garment, but this is not an obligation. Optionally, the decorative part (20) can be used to camouflage the part

For example, a decorative part larger than the rigid part can be envisaged so as to completely camouflage the rigid part (10) and thus have a more aesthetic appearance. The decorative part (20) is not, for its part, limited to a rigid material. It can be, without limitation, a fabric, a paper, a plastic, a resin of the epoxy type, in wood, in precious stone or imitation, in metal.

According to a preferred embodiment, illustrated in FIG. 3, at least 4 first fastening means (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) are present on the lower surface (11) of the rigid part (10) of the removable badge (1). Three of these first fixing means (12a, 12b, 12c) are aligned, as described above. A fourth first fixing means (12d) is present but it is not aligned with the other three first fixing means (12a, 12b, 12c). In other words, the first three fixing means (12a, 12c, 12d) form the vertices of a triangle. This triangle can be either an irregular triangle, a right triangle, an equilateral triangle, or a right isosceles triangle or not. The vertices of the triangle are formed by the cooperating parts of each first fixing means (12). In the case of a press button, it is the protuberance of a male part or the cavity of a female part.

This embodiment allows to print more effects and therefore to give more different forms to the garment (30). Thus, in addition to the effects already obtainable with the first embodiment (bending, pinching, enhancement and closure), it is possible to give the garment rotation effects on the fabric, or to give a star shape to the fabric. As an example, a T-shirt, illustrated in fig. 4a), comprising at least 4 second fixing means (31) on the abdominal part is provided. A clockwise or counterclockwise rotation movement is applied to the garment (30) and kept by making the first 4 means of fastening the badge cooperate with 4 second means of fastening the garment (30), as illustrated in FIG. 4b). According to an even more preferred embodiment of the invention, illustrated in FIG. 5, at least 5 first fixing means (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, 12e) are present on the lower surface (11) of the rigid part (10) of the removable badge (1). Three of these first fixing means (12a, 12b, 12c) are aligned, as described above. A fourth means (12d) and a fifth means (12e) are arranged on the lower surface (11) so as to form a quadrilateral with two of the first aligned fixing means (12a, 12c). In other words, at least 5 first fixing means are present on the lower surface (11); First 3 fixing means are aligned and first 4 fixing means form the vertices of a quadrilateral. As described above, it is the cooperating parts of each first fixing means (12) which are aligned and / or form the angles of the quadrilateral. In the case of a press button, it is the protuberances of the male part, or the cavities of the female part. The quadrilateral can take any shape: an irregular quadrilateral, a trapezoid, or a parallelogram. Preferably, the quadrilateral is a parallelogram of rectangular, square or rhombic shape.

With this embodiment, in addition to the effects already obtainable described above, it is also possible to achieve effects with a greater amplitude, and ultimately to print a greater variety of shapes on the garment, with greater versatility. Such a badge therefore allows even more varied use of the subject of the invention. As an example, a garment (30) comprising at least 5 second fastening means (31) in its ventral part or its dorsal part is illustrated in FIG. 6a). A removable badge (1) according to this preferred embodiment makes it possible to obtain a bending effect of the garment (30) associated with a star bending effect of the garment (30), as illustrated in FIG. 6b). According to another example, illustrated in FIG. 8b), it is possible to close the opening of a shirt while obtaining a shrinking effect of the garment between the second fastening means. A

It is also possible to obtain only a bending effect by cooperating only 3 first fixing means (12) aligned with 3 second fixing means (31) aligned.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, illustrated in fig. 7, 6 first fixing means are present on the lower surface (II) of the rigid part (10). These first 6 fixing means are arranged so as to form two series of three first aligned means (respectively 12a, 12b and 12c on the one hand and 12d, 12e and 12f on the other hand), preferably parallel to each other. This embodiment makes it possible to achieve a simple closing effect with narrowing of the garment by making the first fastening means (12) of the badge (1) cooperate with the second fastening means (31) of the garment (30). Such a badge can be used both to close the sides of a shirt while obtaining a fabric shrinking effect between second fastening means (31), as illustrated in FIG. 8. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the removable badge (1) comprises at least 7 first fixing means, and even more preferably, at least 8 first fixing means.

With this embodiment, a greater plurality of effects can be obtained, and it is easier to vary the amplitude of these effects. The badge according to this embodiment is therefore even more versatile without its use. Thanks to the numerous fixing means, it can for example be used to close a garment, possibly accompanied by a shrinking effect, while maintaining another effect on the garment (for example bending). Several rotation effects can also be printed on the garment and maintained with a single badge.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a minimum distance between two cooperating parts of two first fastening means (12) is at least equal to 0.50 cm, more preferably at least equal to 0.75 cm , always more preferably at least equal to 1.00 cm, and even more preferably at least 1.50 cm. Depending on the general size of the lower surface (11), this distance will be more or less important. Rather short distances, of the order of 0.50 cm will be preferred for small badges, such as a circular badge of about 2.5 cm in diameter, while larger distances will be preferred for more imposing badges , such as circular badges with a diameter greater than 5 cm.

By distance between two cooperating parts, it is necessary to understand the distance between the surface of a protuberance of a male part of two snaps, or the distance between the edge of a cavity of a female part of two snaps. It is understood that the distance is not identical between each cooperating party. Certain cooperating parties are more or less distant from the other cooperating parties. Thus two cooperating parts can be separated from each other by at least 0.50 cm, but be separated from other cooperating parts by 1.00 cm or more for example. Preferably, the

With this embodiment, the removable badge (1) can be used with a wide variety of fabric constituting a garment, whether the fabric is thin or thick, while retaining the various advantages already described.

According to a preferred version of the invention, the removable badge (1) comprises 9 first fastening means (12), the rigid part (10) is of discoid shape and comprises two circular surfaces opposite one to the other. The first fixing means (12) are arranged on the lower surface (11) so that a minimum distance between two first fixing means is at least equal to 0.50 cm. The opposite surface includes a rim allowing the decorative part to be nested so that the decorative part covers the entire surface opposite the lower surface (11).

According to any embodiment of the invention, the first fixing means (12) can be an integral part of the rigid part (10): for example, in the case of a rigid part (10) of plastic or metal, the first fixing means (12) can be molded with the rigid part (10). Alternatively, the first fixing means (12) can be supernumerary means, permanently fixed to the rigid body, by gluing, screwing, crimping, stapling or any other equivalent means.

The invention also relates to a garment (30) comprising a plurality of second fastening means (31) able to cooperate with the first fastening means (12) of a badge according to any one of the above embodiments described. Such a garment, examples of which are illustrated in FIGS. 2a), 4a), 6a) and 8a), may include a plurality of second fastening means (31), arranged in various locations depending on the nature of the garment. It is understood that the minimum distance between two second fastening means is preferably greater than the minimum distance between two first fastening means on the badge, in order to allow a greater variety of effects to modify the shape of the garment. It is understood that regardless of the number of first fastening means (12) present on the lower surface (11) of the badge, the garment can include any number of second fastening means (31). A badge (1) with, for example, 9 first fastening means (12) can for example be used to modify the shape of a garment which has a smaller number of second fastening means (31). So a badge can be used with many different clothes. In addition, it is clear that any number of badges can be present on a garment, depending on the number of second fastening means present. For example, to obtain a bend, the garment can comprise two or four series of three second fastening means, distributed on the sides of the garment, and badges with 3, 4, 5, 6 or more of first fastening means can be used.

The invention can also be defined as a removable badge which makes it possible to modify the shape and or the cut of a garment, the badge comprising a plurality of first connecting means complementary to second connecting means present on the garment, and a decorative or informative part visible when the badge is placed on the garment.
