Abstract

Description

Removable ornamental element with interchangeable ribbon

The present patent application relates to an accessory comprising a removable ornamental element with interchangeable ribbon.

There are known in the prior art ornamental elements with interchangeable bracelets. Among these elements are known, for example, interchangeable strap watches. The strap of these watches is generally formed of two distinct entities, one of the ends of which is connected to the watch by a mechanism generally comprising a bar. The other end of these entities constitutes the bracelet closure system.

We also know interchangeable bracelets formed in one piece, such as those of the brand BRACELET NATO. The watch is assembled by passing the strap through the free ends of the watch.

This type of accessory is appreciated by users since it allows you to change the bracelet according to your desires.

The present invention relates to an accessory belonging to this category, that is to say comprising an ornamental element for which the ribbon can be replaced according to the patterns and / or colors which it is desired to wear on the arm.

More specifically, the present application relates to an accessory comprising on the one hand a removable ornamental element comprising two free ends each provided with at least one tab defining a notch for holding a ribbon, opening out at or in the vicinity of each free end, and on the other hand at least one ribbon forming a closed loop, configured to support said element and passing inside said retaining notches, under said element.

One of the drawbacks of the accessories of the prior art lies in the complexity of mounting / dismounting the ornamental element on the bracelet. The invention aims to solve this drawback.

Indeed, thanks to the retaining notches, one can easily fix the removable ornamental element on a ribbon, or else remove it by engaging the ribbon inside the retaining notches, under said element. The assembly / disassembly of the ornamental element on the ribbon is faster and easier.

Another advantage for the user is that this mounting / dismounting no longer requires removing the tape from the arm beforehand, nor opening the loop as is the case in the prior art. So if the user only wants to keep the ribbon around the arm, which can be the case when the aesthetics of the latter is pleasant, he can simply and quickly remove the removable ornamental element without having to remove the ribbon then replace it on the arm once the ornamental element has been removed.

Thus, the invention offers the user a new way to accessorize their outfits by allowing them to change the ribbon or the ornamental element in a simple and rapid manner.

According to preferred embodiments, the accessory comprises one or more of the following characteristics, taken in isolation or according to any possible technical combination:

Said ornamental element is selected from the group comprising a watch and a decorative plate;

Said ornamental element extends over less than half of the circumference of the ribbon, preferably over less than a quarter of the circumference of the ribbon;

Said ornamental element has at least one groove configured to receive said ribbon: such a groove ensures good maintenance of the element on the ribbon; Said ornamental element is reversible;

Said ornamental element has two free ends articulated around an axis X;

Said notch has a T shape;

Said notch has a hook shape;

Said ribbon is inextensible;

Said ribbon is elastic: this facilitates its positioning on the ornamental element;

Said ribbon has two ends sewn one on the other;

Said ribbon has two ends tied to each other;

Said ribbon has two ends connected together by an accessory;

The present invention also relates to the removable ornamental element with interchangeable ribbon comprising two free ends each provided with at least one tab defining a notch configured to hold at least one ribbon.

Other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become apparent in the light of the description which follows, and on examining the appended figures, in which:

In all of these figures, identical or analogous references designate identical or analogous organs or assemblies of organs.

Figure 1 is a top view of a removable ornamental element 1 according to a first embodiment. Removable means who can be removed and put back easily, without tools and without having to open the ribbon loop.

The ornamental element 1 can be a decorative plate, for example a plate on which can be made a setting, an engraving or an inlay of stone.

Preferably, the ornamental element 1 present on its internal face (not shown), that is to say on the face intended to remain invisible when the element is carried by a person, a groove 3 extending from the one to the other of free ends 5, 7. This groove is shown in FIG. 7.

Each free end 5, 7 is provided with at least one tab 8 defining a notch for holding a ribbon, this notch being particularly visible in FIG. 2

In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, this notch 11,13 has a T shape, the foot 15 of which opens onto the free end.

Alternatively, and as shown in FIG. 3, this notch can be in the form of a simple hook, open on the side of the ornamental element 1.

More generally, any form of notch could be suitable, the main thing being that this notch allows the establishment of a ribbon having the form of a closed loop in the groove 3 of the ornamental element 1, without that it is necessary to open this loop.

The notch according to the invention allows a ribbon to be held without having to resort to additional elements such as the bars of the prior art.

FIG. 4 shows such a ribbon 19, the width of which corresponds to that of the groove 3.

In the example shown, this ribbon forms a loop closed by a decorative accessory such as a sequin 21 provided with a slot crossed by this ribbon, the ends of this ribbon then being knotted after having crossed this sequin.

Alternatively (and not shown), this ribbon could be simply knotted without decorative accessory, or sewn on itself, or even fixed on itself by any suitable means such as a press button or two parts Velcro® tape complements.

Ribbon according to the invention means a ribbon configured to pass inside the retaining notches. This ribbon can be formed in a fabric, or any other material such as leather, silicone, etc., which cannot be stretched, or on the contrary in an elastic fabric.

The mode of use of the accessory according to the invention clearly results from the examination of FIGS. 5 and 8: when the accessory is worn, the ribbon 19 is positioned inside the groove 3 arranged on the internal face of the removable ornamental element. The ribbon passes under said element, in the two notches 11, 13 allowing it to be held inside the groove. By “passing under said element” is meant that the ribbon extends over the entire internal face of the ornamental element from one to the other of the free ends 5,7. By internal face is meant the face intended to remain invisible when the accessory is worn by a person.

In one embodiment, the ornamental element extends over less than half of the circumference of the ribbon, preferably over less than a quarter of the circumference of the ribbon.

When the user wishes to change the ribbon, for example to match it with another garment, he takes the ribbon from the notches 11, 13 and from the groove 3 from the ornamental element, and replaces it with the new ribbon which she comes to dispose inside this groove and these notches.

Note that when the user wishes to keep only the ribbon on his arm, he only has to remove the ornamental element by removing the ribbon 19 from the notches 11, 13 of the ornamental element 1 without having to remove the ribbon of the arm.

As can be understood in the light of the above, an accessory according to the invention makes it possible to change a ribbon of the accessory in an extremely simple and rapid manner. The accessory also makes it easy to remove the ornamental element or to replace it with another ornamental element while keeping the ribbon hanging on the arm.

Figure 6 is a top view of an embodiment in which the removable ornamental element is a watch.

Watch 1 comprises a housing intended to protect the mechanism of the watch. This box can have different shapes such as a rectangle, a square, a round or an oval for example. The case can also have different sizes generally chosen according to the wrist size of the user. The materials that can be used for the manufacture of the case are also diverse, including steel, titanium, platinum, gold or other materials such as plastic.

Figure 7 is a bottom view of the removable watch according to the invention. Preferably, watch 1 has on its internal face, a groove 3 extending from one to the other of the free ends 5,7. By internal face is meant the face intended to remain invisible when the watch is worn by a person.

In a particular embodiment not shown in the figures, the ornamental element is reversible. By reversible is meant an element which can be worn inside out as well as upside down. For example, the ornamental element can be an element presenting a watch on each of its faces. The advantage of this embodiment for the user is to be able to choose between several watch aesthetics present on the same entity. So if the person wants to change the watch from the front, they just have to remove the watch from the ribbon, turn the watch to the desired face and replace the watch on the ribbon.

FIG. 9 represents a top view of a particular embodiment in which the free ends 5,7 of the removable ornamental element 1 are articulated around an axis X in the directions represented in FIG. 10. This articulation improves the ergonomics of the accessory. This embodiment is particularly preferred when the ornamental element is reversible. In particular, it allows the ornamental element to optimally match the surface of the skin of the user in contact with the element, regardless of the face of the element worn.

Accessory comprising on the one hand a removable ornamental element (1) comprising two free ends provided (5,7) each with at least one tab (8) defining a notch (11, 13) for holding a ribbon ( 19), opening at or in the vicinity of each free end (5, 7), and on the other hand at least one strip (19) forming a closed loop, configured to support said element and passing inside said retaining notches (11,13), under said element (1). 2. Accessory according to claim 1 characterized in that said ornamental element (1) is selected from the group comprising a watch and a decorative plate. 3. Accessory according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said ornamental element (1) extends over less than half of the circumference of the ribbon (19), preferably over less than a quarter of the circumference of the ribbon (19 ). 4. Accessory according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said ornamental element (1) is reversible. 5. Accessory according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that each of said free ends (5,7) is articulated about an axis (X). 6.
