Abstract

The packing box is rectangular and closed by flaps which form a lid. The bottles are arranged end for end in the box. The box is fitted with an insert made from a folded piece of cardboard (7). The insert has vertical flaps extending upwards and parallel flaps extending downwards between the lower row of bottles. The insert is made from a single sheet of cardboard, and is formed by folding. The bottle rows are protected from each other on all sides.

Description

L'invention concerne un cloisonnement pour l'emballage de six bouteilles, et plus particulièrement un cloisonnement en carton ondulé pour le conditionnement en caisse de six bouteilles. The invention relates to a partitioning for the packaging of six bottles, and more particularly to a partitioning in corrugated cardboard for the packaging in boxes of six bottles.

Pour le calage et la séparation des bouteilles dans les caisses, on a souvent recours aux plateaux en cellulose moulée. Dans le cas des plateaux en cellulose moulée, il faut prévoir un plateau par lit de bouteilles. Pour une caisse de six bouteilles, le prix des plateaux n'est pas négligeable et l'un des buts de l'invention est de réaliser un cloisonnement pour six bouteilles, en carton ondulé, qui soit moins cher que deux plateaux en cellulose moulée. Un autre but de l'invention est de réaliser un cloisonnement susceptible d'être mis en place très simplement. Un autre but encore de l'invention est de prévoir un cloisonnement limitant le risque de blessures tant pour le personnel que pour les étiquettes des bouteilles placées en caisse.Un autre but enfin de l'inven- tion est de fournir un cloisonnement livrable à plat en grandes quantités, sur palettes par exemple. Le fond 1 assure alors la protection de la bouteille 11 vers le haut. On redresse alors la première bande latérale 2 et on replie contre elle la deuxième bande latérale 7 en appliquant la troisième bande latérale 8 sur la bouteille 10 (figure 3). On procède de même pour les bandes 2', 7' et 8'.Ces deux opérations de pliage et de mise en place peuvent être faites simultanément puisqu'elles ne demandent chacune que l'intervention d'une seule main. Les troisièmes bandes 8, 8' étant en appui sur la bouteille inférieur 10, 12 respectivement, et en appui par leur bord libre sur les faces latérales de la caisse, l'ensemble du cloisonnement reste stable en position (figure 4). Claims

1.- Partitioning for the packaging of six bottles, distributed in two superimposed beds of three bottles each, obtained by cutting and creasing a cardboard blank, for example waving, characterized in that it comprises: a rectangular central strip, the dimensions of which correspond substantially to those of the housing of a bottle and on each longitudinal side of this central strip, a first lateral strip from which is taken a partition which can be folded down to separate the central bottle and a lateral bottle from the lower bed, a second lateral band articulated on the first and constituting a partition between the central bottle and a lateral bottle of the upper bed, and a third lateral band articulated on the second, to constitute a partition between the two lateral bottles of the lower beds and higher.
