Abstract

The valve with sealing bellows has a plug on the end of a stem passing through the housing wall, and moved onto and off the seat by sliding the stem. A bellows between the stem and the housing seals the opening through which the stem passes. A second bellows(10) is mounted near the end of the first one (7) and seals off the portion of the item (2) protruding out of the housing(4). It is connected to the first bellows, the chambers (A) formed inside both being filled with protective gas sealed off from the outside.
