Abstract

Les fluides selon l'invention sont obtenus par distillation fractionnée des produits issus de l'hydrolyse d'un mélange de phénylchlorosilane alcoxylé, de triméthylchlorosilane et d'un composé phénylé choisi entre le diphényldichlorosilane et le diphénylsilane diol, ce phénylchlorosilane alcoxylé provenant, quant à lui, de la réaction entre un alcool aliphatique en C1 -C7 et le phényltrichlorosilane. Les fluides obtenus, dont la production est économique, permettent d'atteindre des vides de 1.10**-6 mm Hg.
