Abstract

The sprayer is self-contained and is housed in a unit (1) which can be strapped to the user's back. This unit contains a small bottle (16) of compressed nitrogen, fitted with a pressure regulator (17) and gauges (18, 19). An armoured hose (29), with a non-return valve (22), leads into the top of a tank (23) containing the mastic to be sprayed. The spray gun comprises an extension (32) attached to a trigger (34) and a hose (37) leading to a mastic supply tube (30) extending into the bottom of the tank. The mastic and air supply tubes are concentric above the level of the tank.
