Abstract

The surface treatment plant is for printed circuit boards and uses a solvent which is regenerated by distillation. This reduces the energy consumption for the refrigerator units and the heating units. The refrigerating units are operated at two temp. levels, whereas the heating units are operated at one temperature level. It has a processing vessel connected to a condenser for the vapours of the solvent. It has a closed cooling agent circuit (12) for the medium temperature. The cooling agent passes through the condenser (17) the regenerator (5) and two heat exchangers (13, 14). There is also a closed cooling agent circuit (16) for the low temperature and a closed thermodynamic circuit (19).
