Abstract

Device to hold the ski boot on a ski intended for long distance or touring skiing. The device includes a binding section which fixed the point of the boot to the ski so that the heel of the boot can be freely raised during the skiing movement and with a selectively operated locking section behind the ski boot which on one side has a link connection on the ski and on the other side has a locking piece which can be brought into a locking contact with a holding section on the rear of the shaft of the ski boot.
