Abstract

The fishing rod support comprises two paris of pivotally connected legs (1, 2) which are spaced apart by rigid braces (5). One leg of each pair is in two sections which are clamped together by a bolt and winged nut fitting into aligned slots. The upper braces (7) has longitudinal slots (8) which receive the attachment screws for rigid cradles. The cradles can be orientated above or below the cross-member and receive the handle of the fishing rod. The legs of the support are pointed so it can be embedded in the ground.
