Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'assemblage d'articulation à rotule du type préchargé et à rattrapage automatique de jeu, comportant un boîtier, un pivot, un élément de portée disposé entre ces derniers et une rondelle de fermeture. Après avoir disposé dans le boîtier les différents composants de l'articulation on vient charger axialement cette dernière jusqu'à obtention d'une valeur prédéterminée du couple de basculement, et une fois cette valeur obtenue on vient sertir la rondelle dans le boîtier à l'aide de poinçons agissant radialement, sans modifier la valeur prédéterminée du couple de basculement. Application à l'assemblage d'articulations à rotule notamment pour suspension ou direction de véhicule automobile.
