Abstract

Cette invention concerne un centrifugeur à vis à enveloppe pleine pour séparer un mélange de solides et de liquides, du type comportant un bol dans lequel une vis transporteuse tourne à un régime différentiel. Ce centrifugeur comprend un dispositif de turbinage 18 placé dans une chambre 19 et servant à l'évacuation d'une première phase liquide Il est prévu aux extrémités de la vis transporteuse 3 chaque fois un disque séparateur 6, 7 plongeant dans la phase liquide ayant la densité la plus élevée. Des orifices 9, 10 pouvant être obturés par des bouchons sont prévus dans les disques séparateurs dans la zone de séparation 11. La chambre 19 du dispositif de turbinage 18 comporte un trop-plein interchangeable 20 orienté vers la vis transporteuse.
