Abstract

Procédé pour la production d'impulsions lasers ayant une durée maximale de 100 ps et une fréquence de répétition maximale de 1 MHz. Un laser 20 à réaction distribuée, comprenant un milieu laser actif et en particulier un colorant stimulable, est stimulé par une impulsion d'un faisceau de pompage 14, dont la durée à demi-amplitude est inférieure à 20 ns et dont l'intensité n'est pas supérieure de plus de 20 % au seuil du milieu laser stimulable.
