Abstract

Procédé et installation pour le traitement thermique d'une matière minérale plus particulièrment pour la cuisson du gypse dans un four à étages. Le four à étages 10 muni d'un mécanisme racleur et chauffé par des gaz chauffants est divisé par une surface de séparation en << compartiments >> 20 en une partie supérieure aménagée pour la cuisson à basse température avec son propre dispositif d'extraction 21 et en une partie inférieure aménagée pour la cuisson à haute température avec son propre dispositif d'extraction 22, les deux sortes de plâtre, éventuellement avec du gypse brut, peuvent donner par mélange un plâtre de cuisson mixte. Applications : au traitement thermique de matières minérales.
