Abstract

Perfeccionamientos introducidos en las calderas, controladas para la calcinación de yeso; caracterizados por un horno en el que la combustión proporciona el calor para la calcinación del yeso una caldera dispuesta en una relación de intercambio de calor con los productos de la combustión procedente del horno, un abastecimiento o alimentador de yeso en bruto finamente molido, un dispositivo para conectar el abastecimiento con la caldera, a fin de controlar el yeso suministrado a la caldera, un dispositivo para la sensibilización de la temperatura del yeso suministrado que está siendo calcinado en la parte inferior de la caldera, una tubería de descarga unida con la parte inferior de la caldera, una válvula dispuesta dentro de la tubería así como un dispositivo para la detección del nivel de yeso de calcinación dentro de la caldera y dispuesto para actuar de forma continua sobre la válvula con el fin de ajustar el posicionamiento de la válvula para regular el flujo del yeso calcinado desde laparte inferior de la caldera, con objeto de mantener en la caldera un nivel de yeso dentro de unos límites predeterminados.
