Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire fonctionner un foyer à grille sans fin, ainsi qu'un foyer fonctionnant selon ce procédé. Un tirage vers le bas produit dans une boîte à vent 14 située à proximité immédiate de la zone de chargement 15 permet de stabiliser l'allumage avant que la combustion ne se poursuive dans les zones de tirage vers le haut définies par les boîtes à vent suivantes 21, 22, 23. Application aux générateurs de vapeur équipés d'un foyer à grille sans fin.
